Gorgeous boat! And I’ve seen a lot of boats - owned & lived on boats for 30 years and I worked in a boat yard / marina office for 12 years. That boat might be one of the nicest and beautifully decorated boat I’ve ever seen! It is a fun lifestyle, but yes a lot of work. We had our catamaran in Ft Lauderdale for a bit - super fun area to explore by boat!

The lazarette is a below deck storage compartment/room you would have access to from that area but that area is just called the aft deck

You can make it happen; But a Marina slit is hard to come by and their at a premium today in both Miami Dade County or Broward. Your friends boat is beautiful; Like how they kept it old but new. Allot $ went into that yacht to refurbish. Love when folks visit the 305 and Florida in General 2021 and now in 2022 a big 🙌 to our Florida Governor for keeping the freedom!

We'll be doing something on that soon, even if it's just a blog. We've only had the camera for 3 weeks now. So just getting used to it! But it's amazing!

I’ve owned a few and enjoy the refit process, it not profitable in the classic sense but the accomplishment and enjoyment are well worth it.

Actually you were sitting in an enclosed cockpit. A lazarette is a storage space typically below the deck with a hatch or sometimes a door. Basically a storage space you wouldn’t want to sit in. Sorry 35 years of boating made me comment 🤷♀️
Just a correction. It is a boat. If you can pick it up with a crane it is a boat if not then a ship. Submarines could be picked up with cranes so boats and as a tradition they are still called boats even though to big for cranes today.

Idk who baby cakes is or who you felt that would be fitting to call. And they're not traveling the world in this just taking it on the great loop. Which this far hasn't been an issue underway.

We got a Sony A7-4 and it's a game changer! I don't know exact numbers. But older boats really aren't that expensive!

You barely showed the upper deck, waste of time
This wasn't a full tour...You did not show the master cabin/head, the forward deck or the fly bridge. Disappointing.
Hahah we did show the fly bridge and there is no master head. Disappointing comment.
@@EatSeeRV LOL! You are not very bright are you? You only showed the fly bridge controls not the whole fly bridge so there is your first fail. Second fail is you did not show the forward deck. Third fail is these boats always came with 3 heads, 1 for each stateroom, In the video you said there is one in the guests stateroom you are staying in(which is located aft but forward of the master stateroom) and one in the master stateroom. The forward head was removed at some point to make way for the kitchen addition. You only showed the guest head. You also did not show the master stateroom…Fourth fail. Nice try on the attempted take down. Check the attitude next time landlubber.
