not someone who does retaining walls but it looks like the wrong bricks used for how high it is and looks like nothing is put in to help keep water draining from there to make the wall last longer if that is the case here
@@robman247 I like your thinking but mother nature had the opportunity with the rain to take out the wall. They did not use proper drelainage or filler so all that rain last week sat behind the wall and blew it out. Same thing happened last year with another section of the wall. Now the front entry had to do with improper compacting the dirt before putting the surface on. Both are being resolved by another GC.
Looks like shoddy work. I hope the people are safe.
I live at Vista Colina, the front entrance is a work in progress not from walls falling down. It had a totally separate issue.
