I own the last gen magnify mini, and magnify max sr. And if I had to grade which soundbar is more impressive, I'd have to give it to the mini. Gonna have to give these new ones a listen
I have the Max AX SR and I haven't noticed a need to keep the subwoofer along the TV wall. We keep ours under a coffee table next to the sofas (across the room from the TV) and it sounds amazing in our small apartment. Loving this system!
I own the Magnifi MAX AX SR and it’s glorious! Bought it December 2023 and it’s still going strong!
Besides the Nakamichi soundbar, the Polk Max also has the highest rating, as far as BB ratings go, albeit most seem to be incentivized. But there's an absolute drastic price difference between the two brands. With that said...I'm not sure my living room has the geometry to accommodate the extra speakers for the Nakamichi. So I'm really leaning towards the Polk.
