      This is Gond Katora, not normal gond. It's taseer is cool and it's used in summers only.

      This is not gondh. Edible gondh is called Gum Arabica which dissolves in water. This is gondh kateera aka Gum Dragon, it expands in water. While Gum Arabica is hot in nature Gum Dragon is cool in nature.

    You can't have it on daily basis as it is cool in nature and mainly advisable for women..men can have it lesser in quantity as it affect male hormones in some cases..Just have an apple, purpose solved good source of fibre.

      Good question .. out of 90 g carb 80 g is fiber mostly soluble. We took 2 calorie for fiber to arrive at this number. Online you will see 300 kcal per 100g

    90 G carbs and 80G fibre, bro !!!!! Carbs and fibres are two different entities altogether carbs are different, and fibres are different. Carbs have calories and have a nutritive valve while fibres have no calories and no nutritive value ,
