Yep. I would be replacing that for sure. That is letting extra air in after the air filter (possibly dirty air) but also after the Carb, so the air/fuel mixture may be off too.

@@pumkineater69__ You should be able to get one from your local KTM dealer. They will be able to look it up for you. It should be part number: 460 30 050 000 and it's called an "Intake Flange". I hope all this helps out.
