Every time someone tries to convince you that you don't have a free will, they themselves are presupposing that you have a free choice in the matter of what you believe...

Amazing documentary and great teaching! If only the Church would wake up and study what the early Church fathers taught on free will and accountability we would have a true revival with repentant hearts willing to serve and obey the Lord in love and fear! We need more conviction in these last generations where tolerance has become a virtue for the man with no conviction!

Free Will makes Christianity beautiful...the synergistic Union of God and man. It is so central in the east that sin is avoided because it compromises free will. Though the sinner has free will, he is "swept away" by desires when habits and vices take hold.

Most Calvinists do not even realize that their theology ultimately comes from a Roman Catholic theologian known as Augustine. Augustinianism was the foundation from which Luther and Calvin launched their reformation.

More Calvinists that don't like history lessons from before Augustine are thumbs downing your video...
I probably brought them here via spreading the video. Oh well, the truth will be known here and in the Kingdom if they meet God on the side of the righteous. I only pray they're in obedience.
Good post brother, never heard of this guy but I'd be interested in hearing a fuller testimony from this man as he changed his views and what(if any) hardship he encountered from mainstream for it.

Great historical teaching. But not one mention of Jesus nor the gospel. He said at the end that because he knew he was responsible and had a free will, he could then repent and obey God. What a works based belief system. He correctly associated free will with responsibility and choosing to do good or bad but he made that, the gospel. What about trusting in the work that Christ did to atone for sin?

This is none other than conditional works based salvation being taught here!
