Was set on the shoreline mid 2020 but couldn't find some decent land in the area we wanted for the right price and got house on a slab instead to get out of the renting rat race. Rooms, layout, decor possibility, kitchen, space, utility room is nice touch and price comes with appliances. Pretty cool with the warehouse Pantry. If it had worked out, we'd have the shoreline. There's always next time 🙂
I love seeing those hidden pantries lol! What I don't like are the vents in the floors but almost in the middle of the rooms. I don't mind floor vents but why don't they get them around the perimeter of the rooms?
Also what is the cost difference between the panels on the walls and getting actual drywall installed? Is it a lot? Do they function the same in terms of insulation and it is purely just aesthetics?
I do really like that master bath too. Ugh I get so many watching these home tours, this is twice the size and so much nicer than what I'm in now and it cost the same lol

Perfect home only change I would make us no carpet's rug's easier to change out.
I have mixed feelings about this one. There are parts that I really like, but some of the things look cheap or poorly made. Some of the walls look horrible. I don't like the ceilings or the registers on the middle of the floor. This could be a great home with some upgrades.
