    Tiramisu milk bun
    Milk Bun
    500gr terigu protein tinggi
    60gr gula pasir
    40gr susu bubuk
    8gr ragi instant
    100ml whipcream cair atau susu cair
    220ml susu cair
    2 kuning telur
    1/4 sdt bread improver
    1/2 sdt bread softener
    40gr mentega
    6gr garam
    - Mixer semua bahan kecuali mentega dan garam, hingga 1/2 kali
    - Masukkan garam dan mentega, mixer kembali hingga halus mulus
    - Bagi adonan sesuai selera (saya 50gr)
    - Proofing 30-40 menit
    - Cara panggang
    Panaskan oven suhu 200C api atas bawah
    Setelah suhu mencapai 150C (dalam termometer mandiri) matikan api atas, panggang selama 17 menit (tergantung besar kecil nya roti dan oven masing masing)
    Saus keju
    120gr keju oles
    50gr cream cheese
    400ml susu cair
    14gr tepung jagung
    2gr garam
    20gr gula pasir
    30ml susu kental manis
    30gr mentega
    1-2 sdt vanilla extract
    - Masak di atas kompor semua bahan kecuali mentega, sambil terus diaduk hingga meletup letup lalu masukkan mentega, aduk rata
    - Dinginkan dengan cara di tim di air es sambil terus di aduk hingga dingin
    - Masukkan plastik segitiga
    Pastry Cream Kopi
    3 kuning telur
    80gr gula pasir
    30gr maizena
    300ml susu cair
    5gr nescafe (2gr rasa kopi sedang)
    1 sachet kopi instant cappuccino
    30gr mentega
    - Panaskan susu dan kopi
    - Kocok kuning telur, gula pasir, maizena hingga creamy dan gula larut
    - Sambil terus di aduk, tuang susu panas secara perlahan
    - Masak hingga mengental, masukkan mentega, aduk rata
    - Tutup atasnya dgn plastik, simpan di chiller minimal 3 jam
    Diplomat Cream
    - Mixer 200ml whipcream cair 50% dairy 50% non dairy + 20gr gula halus
    - Mixer pastry cream yang audah dingin sebentar saja, lalu masukkan whipped cream secara bertahap
    Penyelesaian
    - Gunting bagian tengah roti, isi dengan diplomat cream kopi
    - Ratakan seluruh permukaan roti dengan diplomat cream
    - Siram seluruh permukaan roti dengan saus keju
    - Taburi dengan coklat bubuk
    - Simpan di chiller atau suhu ruang bertahan 1 hari

    500g high protein flour
    60g granulated sugar
    40g powdered milk
    8g instant yeast
    100ml liquid whipcream or liquid milk
    220ml liquid milk
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 tsp bread improver
    1/2 tsp bread softener
    40g butter
    6g salt
    - Mix all ingredients except butter and salt, up to 1/2 times
    - Add salt and butter, mixer again until smooth
    - Divide the dough according to taste (I use 50g)
    - Proofing 30-40 minutes
    - How to bake
    Preheat the oven to 200C top and bottom heat
    After the temperature reaches 150C (in an independent thermometer) turn off the top heat, bake for 17 minutes (depending on the size of the bread and each oven)
    Cheese sauce
    120g spreadable cheese
    50g cream cheese
    400ml liquid milk
    14g corn flour
    2g salt
    20g granulated sugar
    30ml sweetened condensed milk
    30g butter
    1-2 tsp vanilla extract
    - Cook all the ingredients on the stove except the butter, while continuing to stir until it explodes, then add the butter, stir well
    - Cool by placing it in ice water while continuing to stir until cold
    - Insert the plastic triangle
    Coffee Cream Pastry
    3 egg yolks
    80g granulated sugar
    30g cornstarch
    300ml liquid milk
    5gr Nescafe (2gr medium coffee flavor)
    1 sachet of instant cappuccino coffee
    30g butter
    - Heat milk and coffee
    - Beat egg yolks, granulated sugar, cornstarch until creamy and the sugar dissolves
    - While continuing to stir, slowly pour in the hot milk
    - Cook until thickened, add butter, stir well
    - Cover with plastic, keep in the chiller for at least 3 hours
    Diplomat Cream
    - Mixer 200ml liquid whip cream 50% dairy 50% non dairy + 20g powdered sugar
    - Cool the pastry cream for just a moment, then add the whipped cream gradually
    Completion
    - Cut out the middle of the bread, fill with diplomat coffee cream
    - Spread the entire surface of the bread with diplomat cream
    - Sprinkle the entire surface of the bread with cheese sauce
    - Sprinkle with cocoa powder
    - Store in a chiller or room temperature for 1 day
