Natalee, I can’t believe you just made that fountain. We visited friends over on the west coast and they had one in their garden….we ordered one immediately! Can’t wait to put ours together. Whenever I talk about your projects with my husband I refer to you as my girlfriend in Florida and he knows exactly who I’m talking about. I too have the same fountain and to keep it from spraying all the water out of the pot I used fishing line and drilled small.. holes on opposite sides of the pot and left just enough slack to wrap the nozzle a time or 2 and position it in the middle and no more over spraying

I love the umbrella stand. But, I love them all. I had a solar water “spitter”, and loved it…while it worked. This was several years ago, so maybe they last longer now. I put rocks around it to stabilize in the pot. The birds loved it.

I loved the umbrella stand and the water feature. But they were all amazing!!!
Ugh!!! Pick a favorite??? That's kinda hard when I loved them all. However, the 🏖️ stand/umbrella... stands out. (Noticed that storm brewing in the background. Typical FL weather. I grew up in Pensacola, so I know how rain pops up frequently!!) Also, the water fountain and plant stand were cool. Along with the fire pit!! Much better to roast marshmallows over than a bon fire. And to the lady below concerned about the safety of eating the m'mallows roasted over the fuel cans.... good question!! However, it's safe to do so. No problem. The fuel isn't being consumed, only the heat from the fuel which doesn't leave any residue on the m'mallows. Hope that helps your concern.

I love ALL your videos!! You're so FUN, and such an inspiration. I have a tip for your solar fountain, as I have had the same one for several years. Mine is in a bird bath, and what I did, was put a layer of glass stones in the bottom, set my fountain centered on top, and placed a higher ring of glass stones all the way around my fountain, to keep it centered in my bird bath. It works like a charm, and still allows for plenty of water flow to the fountain. ❤😉❤

My hubby suggests that you attach some fishing line to the bottom of the fountain and add a fishing weight to the bottom of the line. That should keep the fountain centered and then maybe the water won’t spill over the sides. If it starts moving around, then it’s time to add more water as the fishing line will have too much slack. Great job!

I have those solar fountains too!! I found if you take the sprinkler head off the one in the fountain, you get a bubbling effect and you won't lose water, except for evaporation. TFS

I really loved all of it! Great hacks and really thinking about doing the plant stands soon.
I recommend putting a smaller pot a little bigger than the fountain. Place it in the bigger fountain. Fill the space between pots with rock and put rocks in a smaller pot just enough to allow the fountain to float on water. They now also make fountains that have tubes on side to keep centered.
