    I have a 2020 Chevy blazer daily driven and I’ve already put about 85k miles in 2 1/2 years and I honestly have no complaints, and no problems. It has great power and great handling.

    I use The Blazer in my Sales Route and it's very dependable, Very Fast, Nice Riding and gets Great Gas Millage. Not interested in odd roading, but very stable in Snow and Ice with The delectable 4x4 and 3.6 V-6.

    vehicle prices have increased across the board. Too high for all of them! It now takes a 7 yr term for most people to afford financing. Should be a 3 or 5 year loan.

    It's a shame that Chevy couldn't keep this vehicle at a practical price point. This size SUV needs to stay in the $24k-38k range...and you'd be lucky to get a base model with any collection of options for under $35,000...unfortunate.

    Its not that bad looking actually, front end is sharp. But if you grew up in 80s and 90s this name and product hurts! Marketing depts need to stop relying on name recognition from yesteryear and bring in something more edgy. If they named it something else that would take out more then half the haters and snarky comments.

      Yeh. I still have no idea what they were thinking naming it Blazer. Especially when we could already see the writing on the wall with the new Bronco. How dumb do you have to be to not see the current off-roading trend and then take the most well known name for an off-road SUV outside of Grand Cherokee (oh yeh. I almost forgot about the exact same thing FCA did with the Cherokee nameplate 😂) and slap it on a weak crossover? Just dumb!

      Mike Lyssy the Cherokee had to evolve and with the wrangler there they didn’t need to worry about that slot because the wrangler fills a void in price point but now that the wagoner and grand wagoner are coming back that’s what should be paid attention to

      I'm not a GM guy but even I know that this isn't worthy of the Blazer name. I should say I'm not into new GMs but I do like them from the late 80's and older. I had a rusty 84 K10 with a 305 but I still liked it. My friend had a K5 he swapped a 6.2 diesel into. Good memories and good looking trucks.
      What's more laughable about this thing is the terrible commercials with the "real" public stating that it looks like nothing else on the road. It looks like everything else GM makes. Shake my head and cringe at the new "Blazer".....

    Good review, you covered it. I have 2019 Blazer V6 2LT ..Same powerplant. When I start off aggressively, it will burn rubber if I'm not more careful. Power comes on instantaneous, not starting at 4,000 rpms. Acceleration is impressive! I wonder why the difference?

    Yes , great presentation! This is an sports car version of a cross-over. If they had the 'off road' capabilities of the Old Blazer, it would have been a game changer. So, as far as competition, its not a match for the Bronco, and I'm not even sure it can go up against the Rav4.

      And the Bronco is another useless practical vehicle that ford is building for a saturated market of off-road vehicle. They need to go back and built small cars for under $18k and stop pushing people to buy suv and pick-up trucks people can’t afford because I know I can’t. P.S.       I realize that car sales went down and I blame the millennials and soccer moms. But do you realize if this keeps going the only way you will be able to buy a car is a used car with a lot of mileage and no warranty and what cars are left will be to expensive that people can’t afford. P.S I will group trucks/suv in that category.

    Chevrolet is hoping that the nostalgia that it brings is worth the extra 20k its overpriced. This was built for H.S. & College kids which 99% cant afford.
    The 50K suv buyers are choosing German & Japanese brands.

    Hi Tommy 🙂, great video.The exterior color is awesome but not worth $50k. One could get a Volvo XC40 or XC60 for close to or at the same price of this Chevy Blazer. There are better comparable options, again, great vid Tommy 🙂.

    A lot of Camaro outside and inside. All the plastic bits that bend when his hands touch/move nearby parts makes it look cheap. Not bad overall design. Yeah, $51k is hard for me.

      The reason I got mine! Most of the ones I see on road (few as they are) are base model-trim, not RS. In base trim, nothing about them sets them apart from an Equinox or Traverse. They blend in too much. The RS line has the sporty tweaks & U can add factory racing stripes.

    I own one and have been very pleased. I did have the electronics fail with it not even being a year old, so that was very disappointing. It was all repaired under warranty. Everyone where I loves the look of the car, I have the Blue one. I think it is worth the money for a sub luxury SUV, in Ft. Lauderdale at the Conrad it was parked next to RR's and Bentley's, so it definitely has some style that people like.

      Its FWD... Now build it like the old S10 chassis then yes for a V8. In fact they did put 5.3 V8 in Colorado for a few years.

    Not sure how well these are selling. They have been on the market for a while now. I think I've only seen maybe 10 of them on the road around Dallas.

    Photography is all jacked up. It was hard as hell to get a view of the overall look of the vehicle. A wider panning of the vehicle would have been better. I don’t get why some car critics find the worst places to photo the car. It’s was like someone in the witness protection program reviewing cars.

      Old Gear Head - 51K "Loonies" (that's how I've heard people call them) is ~ 37.5K U$. I think it's worth a bit more for a topped-up "CamaroCross RS", like 59K "Loonies" = 43.4K U$. That is maybe doable with heavy incentives...

      51K Yen (< U$475), Korean Won (` U$42.50) or Maxican Peso (< U$ 2.3K) are way low for an automobile...
      The others, well... (suffice to say both the Euro and the British Sterling are traded > U$1 each)

    Interesting video. RS is on my shortlist, couple of things that would have made the video even more interesting would have been a back seat test for room and features i.e ports, heated seats etc. Also would have liked to have seen the hood popped.

    That 3600 V6 is tried and true and bulletproof. The only problem I ever had with one was in a ‘97 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. The crank position sensor slipped and it fell out of time so it wouldn’t run until I slipped it back into place and secured it (JB Weld😂)!

    I had that exact one for a year, put 22,000 miles into it before GM bought it back because they couldn't fix an issue with the fuel gauge.
