Hey coach blac, I been seeing your videos and this video hit me pretty good and explained a lot, my ex gf of 4 years left me for another man and with in weeks started dating another man and that hit me bad, she even once told me that “she is happy, and treats her great and better then me” that burned me up that was four months ago. I barely speak at all just here and there because we share a Daughter together but since then I have worked on myself, I lost 67 lbs in four months, bulking up my body and I just finished nursing school. The break up was so hard because the mother of kids left me out of the blue and for another guy within months and I didn’t even go to my graduation because i was really down.

The only thing i dont agree with is the time it takes to heal after a break up. I was only with mine for a year and a half, but it was amazing from beginning to end. The healing is based on if you were emotionally, spiritually, mentally and physically invested. If you were invested in all of these areas, there is no telling how long it will take. ✌️

coach i'm confused! can you elaborate something for me plz? it's about the formula you said, a month for every year... i was with my ex for a year and a half before she broke up with me, so what you are suggesting is that she can move on and heal completely in a matter of 1 month??! is that even possible? specially in my case,she was a dismissive avoidant so she was completely shut down in that first month! so her first reaction to my no-contact strategy was about 1.5 month after the break up, and in the 2nd month she got into a new relationship, up to now which is month 3 , i was operating based on the assumption that it is a rebound relationship but what you are suggesting is that this is a valid and genuine relationship? am i correct??

My girl and I broke up 6 months to the day, we broke up on 9/11 of all days and last night I got a call that she was with another guy at a bar. Me and my ex officially split in April 2022 bc he told me he wanted to focus on himself which I knew was an excuse to talk to someone else. There was sometime where we didn’t talk as much but he still kept in touch and would text me but it wasn’t as consistent as before. He would also text me out of no where accusing me of talking to other people. He would also text me but would avoid trying to see me. But I recently found out that he talked to someone in June 2022 and got them pregnant and I found out in May 2023 when the baby was born. So he’s been texting me the whole time he was with someone while they were pregnant and I feel so hurt. I even seen him after he told me they didn’t work out. I kind of feel like I’m back up and I feel like he really wants to be with her bc they have a child together but still wants to hold on to me in some type of way. @JulianDee it's been 1.5 years now. I'm doing much better. Even if she would beg, I would never take her back. Once a woman leaves you for another man. You know she was never meant to be in your life. No matter how much we thought they would be. She also apologized for what she did and said if it was reversed, she couldn't imagine how she would feel. She at least apologized for hurting me. But I take it with a grain of salt.
@@pawel3241 yeah she left me for someone else I could have done more in our relationship but I did more than she gave me credit for when I confessed my love for her she blocked me so I wrote her a letter trying to get some closure she returned it ripped up this is my first heartbeat at 31 I was an emotional wreck still healing everyone in the comments are talking negatively about there exes but it isn't in my nature to be hateful despite what's she's done to me I must have really hurt her unintentionally I still love her I'm staying true to I am which is always seeing the best in people thanks for sharing your experiences mate it's comforting knowing I'm not alone ❤

Dated someone for 7 months and everything was going good. Sex was on point anytime I wanted it. We went out all the time doing things together like concerts at casino and all that. She owned a two-family home and one day her tenant moved out then she told me she was stressed out cuz of her financial situation so I backed off to give her her space cuz she was starting to treat me a little distant so I figured let me back off. @@robertswift6101 I have a feeling she went back to her ex, if anything in our last conversation I told her I would like to see her and talk to her but because she's going through something because she said she was stressed out I basically said I'll let her be so can figure things out, but I'm there for her if she needs me or when she figures things out. So I basically left the ball in her court. So I didn't come off as clingy or needy. Who knows maybe one day she'll reach out from out the blue
