And even if hes the one for you, its very important that you stick to the no contact rule and let go of him with all of your heart. Even if he reaches, dont pour out all of your love, be careful with him, be polite and treat him like a friendly stranger. Let him win you back, let him fight for you and go out of his way to show you he really regrets the break up. Dont allow halfhearted attempts to "check on you". If he wins you over easily you cant tell if hes genuine or if he just wants access to you. Good luck!
NoContact ALWAYS WORKS because NoContact is a “self-respect” move. Period. And it is helpful in healing/moving forward, faster.😉 like ripping the bandaid off quick 💥. NoContact always works BECAUSE the sole intent is to get into the POWER POSITION. IF the ex comes back and you still want them, then that is the bonus only, not the purpose.
Always assume they are never coming back.. work on yourself, focus on work.. then IF they make contact you’ll be strong enough and in clear mindset to decide.. also think of 5 things of value the actually bring to your life.. if you can’t then you have your answer.

These videos, no forget the videos, I could sit and listen to your words Coach, the visual is an added bonus. I am mentally distant. We have been separated since February and since watching your videos 3weeks ago, I kept silent until I slipped and replied to one message she wrote. I admit, moment of weakness. Even distracting myself is a task. Its took me 3 weeks to realise I can actually be a somebody and tho i wanted to be a someone to my ex, I am content being a someone to myself. Even then, my heart yearns for my ex so deeply at times, that I'm not a someone at all. Feeling Mentally displaced has my physical appearance needing attention ( meaning I need to get back to exercise) as mental abuse spills over into physical abuse. Do I feel guilty? No. In time, with alot more coaching, this will be a memory I'll never forget. Till then,nobody tell Adele that she still got me thinking about her like my life depended on it ( metaphorically speaking). I feel better with the no contact, I talk to her inside my head, and I'm sure that one day, I will remove this unwanted feeling of feeling like nothing. Going no-contact is a self respect move to the discard…no matter what mental issues the ex has. It’s time to work on you and distancing yourself so you can see clearly. The thing is, it “can” attract an ex back but if they haven’t done any necessary work to better themselves, you are basically returning to the same mess you had before.
Under no circumstances never ever contact your ex for any reason unless they contact YOU. Never talk about the relationship. Pretend it’s a new relationship one if they reach out ie make them laugh or tell him anything POSITIVE. Never be negative! Do not tell them how much you love or miss them. Don’t make that mistake.,
This is something i really needed to hear. I recently reached out to my ex after a month of no contact. I didnt even want her back but i missed having her as a friend. I made my intentions known saying that i valued the friendship that we had/hope we can stay friends. And bam I got ghosted! Going back into no contact for good now. It almost feels like a second rejection since she doesnt even want to be friends/value me as a friend which hurts on a different level. But if thats how she treats someone who genuinely cared for her then I feel sorry for her (and the next guy!).

The beginning is always the worst the hardest, I told myself not seeing her would make it easier to get over her, then we ended up working together on a project. It was torture trying to keep it together. I was back to square one with all king of mixed emotions.
Love your video. I got badly deceived and lied to by an Ex 13 years ago and now today he has been looking at my Social Media but has not reached out as he has realised I am now Married. He used and abused me and that was on him. I never let it define me because I know I treated him right and walked away with dignity. I sent him a Goodbye email after he had deceived me but was not in any way nasty. I wished him well in life and his career and then I went silent and just lived my life. He is watching me now but he is way too late.
It's going to be 4 weeks of NC this Thursday. I went NC because he ghosted me out of nowhere (no fights, no arguments, nothing) after 4+ months of consistent communication. It was so disrespectful and hurtful. I've been treated so kindly and with so much care in previous relationships and this was just absolutely devastating. Not even an explanation? Anyways, during Week #1 if he had called and apologized, I would have gone running back with tears in my eyes. But slowly I'm seeing the fault in trying to get back with somebody who didn't even have the compassion or empathy to treat you with respect the first time around. At this point, I don't think I want to go back but it still would be nice for him to atleast reach out to give closure and just say goodbye in peace. I'm not holding my breath though.

Now that is a first I have never not had an ex reach out before, every single one has come back and the relationship has always been worse the second time round. There was one ex who I thought was gone , 18 months later I was looking through my spam messages and it was full of messages from her , couldn't believe it. I replied and we met up and hooked up a couple times and then she left for good
I met my ex over ten years ago, and she told me about a situation she was in with a (police officer) that beat her, cheated on her , pushed her sister and talked bad about her son for being homosexual… We started off as friends, then ended up in a relationship months later… I was living in a studio apartment at the time, so we joined forces and I moved into her 2 bedroom apartment to make sure that her and her son kept a roof over their heads, and I paid the rent and bills of course… I found out later that she was an alcoholic, and couldn’t handle her alcohol, so I prayed and asked God to change her for me because I loved her with all of my heart… Her sister warned me at the very beginning actually the first day I met her and told me to RUN, but I didn’t listen like an idiot. Then surprisingly she got so mad one day and told me that she was gonna get the (police officer) to come beat me up🤔… We split after that for years, and she came back to me after another relationship, she wanted to start over with me, but I recommended that we stay friends until I saw a total change in her. I was fooled again, so we split again lol… then it happened 2 more times and she came back again, so that’s 3 relationships later. So 10/9/22 my apartment burned down and she didn’t have insurance on her car, so I offered to get it fixed because of the fire damage once I got my renters insurance… from 10/10/22 I was taking her to and from work Monday-Friday. I got my insurance payment on 11/12/23 and as promised, I gave her the money to get her car fixed… I finally bought furniture for my new place and I thought instead of picking her up from her place and dropping her back off at home that it’ll be easier if she just stayed with me until she was back on her feet… So that being said , we hung out from 10/9/22 until 3/28/23… I found out after she got back on her feet that she was secretly communicating with the (police officer) behind my back making TikTok videos clearly in my bed with him in the comments… Was I hurt? Yes… Do I think that she’ll try to come back? No… Because i’m sure the guilt is eating her up, but I left it to God and washed my hands with it. The level of betrayal was so high I had to laugh it off after a few days of tears and heartbreak and got back into my BIBLE….I wish them both the best.

It's a hard thing to think about. I was there for my EX, we were bestfriends for 5 years. 2 of those years we were in a serious relationship. Talked about marriage, baby names. Hell was even pregnant at one time. But had to give it up due to serious health issues. But I helped her though a serious addiction to alcohol after her ex husband almost killed her. Wasn't even looking to date originally. Her mother doesn't like me at all for stupid reasons in the past and she is living with her. Going no-contact is a self respect move to the discard…no matter what mental issues the ex has. It’s time to work on you and distancing yourself so you can see clearly. The thing is, it “can” attract an ex back but if they haven’t done any necessary work to better themselves, you are basically returning to the same mess you had before.
Under no circumstances never ever contact your ex for any reason unless they contact YOU. Never talk about the relationship. Pretend it’s a new relationship one if they reach out ie make them laugh or tell him anything POSITIVE. Never be negative! Do not tell them how much you love or miss them. Don’t make that mistake.,

This is something i really needed to hear.
I recently reached out to my ex after a month of no contact. I didnt even want her back but i missed having her as a friend. I made my intentions known saying that i valued the friendship that we had/hope we can stay friends.
And bam I got ghosted! Going back into no contact for good now. It almost feels like a second rejection since she doesnt even want to be friends/value me as a friend which hurts on a different level.
But if thats how she treats someone who genuinely cared for her then I feel sorry for her (and the next guy!).
I don't think anyone wants to be a friend with an ex. I wouldn't. It would be so painful to watch your ex with someone else while you remain "friend" with them

The beginning is always the worst the hardest, I told myself not seeing her would make it easier to get over her, then we ended up working together on a project. It was torture trying to keep it together. I was back to square one with all king of mixed emotions.
Love your video. I got badly deceived and lied to by an Ex 13 years ago and now today he has been looking at my Social Media but has not reached out as he has realised I am now Married. He used and abused me and that was on him. I never let it define me because I know I treated him right and walked away with dignity. I sent him a Goodbye email after he had deceived me but was not in any way nasty. I wished him well in life and his career and then I went silent and just lived my life. He is watching me now but he is way too late.

It's going to be 4 weeks of NC this Thursday. I went NC because he ghosted me out of nowhere (no fights, no arguments, nothing) after 4+ months of consistent communication. It was so disrespectful and hurtful. I've been treated so kindly and with so much care in previous relationships and this was just absolutely devastating. Not even an explanation?
Anyways, during Week #1 if he had called and apologized, I would have gone running back with tears in my eyes. But slowly I'm seeing the fault in trying to get back with somebody who didn't even have the compassion or empathy to treat you with respect the first time around. At this point, I don't think I want to go back but it still would be nice for him to atleast reach out to give closure and just say goodbye in peace. I'm not holding my breath though.

This was several years ago. I reached out to an ex 3 years after hurting her and handling the breakup really poorly. She grew a lot during that time and wound up forgiving me and we had a good relationship for about year. But I hadn’t done the work to grow and the breakup was handled poorly again which I still feel guilt over a couple years later. Point is they never forget you

There was one ex who I thought was gone , 18 months later I was looking through my spam messages and it was full of messages from her , couldn't believe it. I replied and we met up and hooked up a couple times and then she left for good
I met my ex over ten years ago, and she told me about a situation she was in with a (police officer) that beat her, cheated on her , pushed her sister and talked bad about her son for being homosexual… We started off as friends, then ended up in a relationship months later… I was living in a studio apartment at the time, so we joined forces and I moved into her 2 bedroom apartment to make sure that her and her son kept a roof over their heads, and I paid the rent and bills of course… I found out later that she was an alcoholic, and couldn’t handle her alcohol, so I prayed and asked God to change her for me because I loved her with all of my heart… Her sister warned me at the very beginning actually the first day I met her and told me to RUN, but I didn’t listen like an idiot. Then surprisingly she got so mad one day and told me that she was gonna get the (police officer) to come beat me up🤔… We split after that for years, and she came back to me after another relationship, she wanted to start over with me, but I recommended that we stay friends until I saw a total change in her. I was fooled again, so we split again lol… then it happened 2 more times and she came back again, so that’s 3 relationships later. So 10/9/22 my apartment burned down and she didn’t have insurance on her car, so I offered to get it fixed because of the fire damage once I got my renters insurance… from 10/10/22 I was taking her to and from work Monday-Friday. I got my insurance payment on 11/12/23 and as promised, I gave her the money to get her car fixed… I finally bought furniture for my new place and I thought instead of picking her up from her place and dropping her back off at home that it’ll be easier if she just stayed with me until she was back on her feet… So that being said , we hung out from 10/9/22 until 3/28/23… I found out after she got back on her feet that she was secretly communicating with the (police officer) behind my back making TikTok videos clearly in my bed with him in the comments… Was I hurt? Yes… Do I think that she’ll try to come back? No… Because i’m sure the guilt is eating her up, but I left it to God and washed my hands with it. The level of betrayal was so high I had to laugh it off after a few days of tears and heartbreak and got back into my BIBLE….I wish them both the best.

It's a hard thing to think about. I was there for my EX, we were bestfriends for 5 years. 2 of those years we were in a serious relationship. Talked about marriage, baby names. Hell was even pregnant at one time. But had to give it up due to serious health issues. But I helped her though a serious addiction to alcohol after her ex husband almost killed her. Wasn't even looking to date originally.
Her mother doesn't like me at all for stupid reasons in the past and she is living with her. Now my ex without telling me got a new guy really fast, has blocked me on everything and says she doesn't want to see me again.
It hurts because I was ready to settle down, and it's like she never cared that I was the only one in her corner when she was at her darkest moment in life. ( serioualy I saved her life ) so no contact is all I got I gotta hope she reaches out.
