- Hey everyone, I just finished up my last exams from college and finally had the time to make a compilation to celebrate!
Here is a special video featuring the Van's RV series of home-built planes. In this video you can see seven unique aircraft, ranging from the RV-4 to the RV-7A. See below for a full list of the aircraft in this video.

Vans RV does make an LSA model, the RV 12. None of these are that model, all are GA.

I don't like nose dragger RV's that gear looks spindly (look at them vibrate on landing roll out). Second not one good cross wind landing. They all land flat and are hopping around. The upwind wheel should be down first and the down wind wheel stay up as long as you can until stick is full into wind, called a "SIDE SLIP", slipping with longitudinal fuselage aligned with direction of travel.
gmcjet--- You didn't notice the wind sock? Hanging dead down, no wind at all, cross or otherwise.
What a crappy runway. Look at the trike's gear rattling.

The first aircraft, making a landing, is a perfect educational illustration of poor landing. No distinct round out, no flare, no “hold it just above the runway until it stalls”. Which is why it bounces a few times and wiggles & jiggles as it decelerates.
Those training wheel nose jobs look bloody awful! Vans should never have allowed their brilliant design to be ruined with 'A' models! You can see the drivers trying to hold off the nose wheel, looks fragile & ugly !:-)
Got into an argument with van at OSH over nose wheels. Lost a lot of respect for him. They don`t belong on an RV airplane especially. Besides looking ridiculous people are always having trouble with them shimmying which could get dangerous. He is selling them due to the lack of talented pilots and thusly are his cash cow.
