Re this recipe, I've never liked cream corn, but THIS recipe looked so good that I tried it, and we enjoyed it. I had to make my own (easy) low-sodium cornbread mix (using baking soda substitute, low-sodium baking powder, and a mix of salt substitute and lite salt) vs. using Jiffy's high-sodium stuff, but it was all worth it.

I made it in a 9x13 baking dish. I think I should have used an 8" square or doubled the recipe.
You have a lovely voice. Coat chocolate chips with flour and they wont sink to the bottom of chocolate chip cheese cake.
How many cups used for corn bread if unable to find packages like the ones you have or similar????
