Moist & Easy Jiffy Mix Corn Casserole Recipe ~ Thanksgiving Recipes

- This is the easiest corn casserole you need on your dinner table this Thanksgiving and any time really! It is creamy, moist and delicious.
Ingredients Used
1 pk Jiffy Corn muffin mix
1 15oz whole kernel corn (drained)
1 15oz can cream style corn
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 stick melted unsalted butter
2 eggs @ room temp
Mix all the ingredients and bake in a greased 9x13 pan for 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool and set for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy.

This will be perfect with as a small square on top of my husband’s homemade chili.
Made it today in preparation for Thursday but I could not resist taste testing. I love it. It will go even better with the turkey and stuffing and mashed potatoes! Totally at the top of my list!!!

I have made this before we call it Corn Pudding made it one year for a building Christmas Party the young folks had no idea what it was and never had it before. It was a hit.
As you said it's delicious inexpensive and easy to prepare. You also suggest adding onion powder I have added fresh chives cut up small in the batter as well.

I just made this and it's delicious. I followed the recipe exactly. It's very moist. It reminds me of Stouffer's corn casserole that I don't think they make anymore, but we loved.

I made this recipe for dinner this evening served along with chili. I added chopped jalapeños and it gave a nice little kick. A great addition for a football evening in very chilly SW Florida. Will be looking for more of your videos … ❤️

This how I make mine minus the vanilla extract and I like to add a thin layer of cheese on top with a garnish to make it pretty 🤣
