That is an interesting thought, God of the Multiverse.
I dont think the heavens are part of the multiverse. But it still is created by God.
I personally think there's one universe and beyond it are the other heavens, beyond our comprehension to conceive how they look like though.
The latest physics today shows us that this universe can't afford itself. It needs another layer of existence. The string theory leads us to the concept of multiverse.
The Quantum Mechanics shows us that things always change their states between existence and non-existence. This probabilistic existence is described by a specific deterministic manner called wave function. It leads us to the concept of coherence.
I think the only one is God. Uniquely one. “Ahad” if there was one universe it would share likeness to him which is impossible because he’s not like anything we know. I do believe in the multiverse for that reason.

However, some people are rebellious, they would rather conclude that the Universe created itself. Hence the Quran addresses these people too....
Willingly or unwillingly! It makes no difference to our Creator, Allah swt whether we believe in Him or Not. The funny thing is that even those who do not believe in a Creator are subject to the same fundamental laws as the rest of us. They are not exempt from these Laws, nor can they act outside them.

But The Quran which is the most beautiful book fully explains itself, and in fact Quran defines word "Rabbi-l-Aalamin" in verses 26:23-24 which clearly tell that meaning of word Rabbi-l-Aalamin is *"Lord of Universe".* God told Moses and Harun: go to Pharaoh, and tell him, that you are Rasool from Rabbi-l-Aalamin. When Moses said this: Pharaoh asked: What do you mean by "Rabbi-l-Aalamin"? Then Moses replied *_"He is the Lord of the heavens and earth and everything between them. If you would only have faith!"_*

'Aalamiin is the plural noun of 'Aalam (Universe). It covers the concept of multiverse too. And of course the unseen realms too.

I have a question. What if a specific religion or race of people were actually offspring of the devil? And then what if they made up a word to sheild themselves so that they could continue to do evil things, and deceive God's perfect creations< human beings? This is interesting because the Qur'aan says the Prophet Muhammad[saw] is the 'seal of the prophets'. So some scholars declared that there could never be any prophets sent to alien races, even if they were as intelligent as us. [ we are intelligent, after all we split the atom!].
I have no idea how to answer that question.

I view the Quran as a message unique for mankind. That doesn't preclude the possibilities of other messages unique for other life forms. Therefore, Muhammad was the seal of human prophets. Does not preclude the possibility of existence of prophets sent to other life forms.

Could Aliens look like us?
Very unlikely, they most likely would look very different and have different beliefs. A high tech Alien species which make us look like cavemen would probably be athiest and have most likely proved that there is or isn't a God or God's.
They can be ahead of us or behind us. Of course, they might have a different look not like how they show in movie’s 😂 I believe we are not alone in this universe that Allah has created. It means way of praying to Allah is different for them,may be they use different word for Allah ,may be no of times prayer is not same (do you know story of from 50 prayers a day to 5 prayers a day?? So no one know how many times and how they pray to God).
We don't know whether they have hadith and Quran but it may be present in their world in another form with another name in context with their world and life.

This seems like a fundamental issue that this all knowing god should address. If there ARE sentient aliens, how could something so important not be mentioned in any of the Islamic texts or by Muhammad? If there are no sentient aliens in cosmos, then how could such an equally fundamental fact not be mentioned, preferably one that explains why this god would have made so many other planets that are barren, and what purpose they would then serve?
