This is one of the nicest single wides I've ever seen. Cozy living room and fireplace. Nice rustic kitchen. Good sized dining area, and a very large pantry for a single wide! That is a deep closet in the 2nd guest bedroom. That master suite is really nice, and the closet is big. All this for under 100k! This would be perfect for me!

Came back to my saved Where's Will videos..I love the elongated window's in the house...A very Spacious and Roomy house with good size bedroom's as well.The window above the kitchen sink is a Must Have and that pantry is absolutely Spectacular...To have a good size finished dining room is perfect for a S/W...I think this S/W is absolutely Spectacular and designed well.. Gonna be a good seller..😊🌻🌞🌼☀️😀To have a dining room and laundry room in a S/W is Spectacular..Couldn't ask for a better designed S/W...As usual,An Awesome Tour..😂

I love the warmth of the this single wide, but the dining room is a bit to small and the master bedroom is just off the dining room area, which I do not like! Thank you for sharing!

This house checks off a lot of boxes and only being a single wide. Awful fancy for the size. Deer valley homes are quality built houses. I always feel them and sunshine rises above many of the others. I wished the tiles in the shower ran all the way to the ceiling.
Beautiful the price is right at 95 no carpet vent’s in ceilings. Wouldn’t change but a few things….😊
Hey will is adding in cabinets in the living room instead of those open shelves and cabinets above the washer and dryer a option?
