This single wide has really big rooms which is hard to find for sure! The manufacturer for this home is Deer Valley. The model for this home is the "Broadway." This home is a 16x82, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,170 square foot living. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.

I would like to see a single wide with 2 master bedrooms, one on each end. I think that would be cool. Be good for people with roommates. I want bigger closets lol
I agree.. for a single wide, I would prefer only two bedrooms.. that third bedroom is always too small for my tastes.. maybe do a small built in desk/office area, like I've seen in other homes.. but not a third room..

This single wide is the largest and best one I've ever seen, and I'm not a fan of single wides, but I think I could make this one a permanent home for myself. I really like it.

I've been living in a single wide in southern Maine for 20 years now,with no regrets.Just make sure you really think it over and do the math.You don't need any surprises.I wish you well!

@@markmorris3579 how did you sort it out? I'm assuming you had to pay off the previous owners debt? I bought a forclosure with 10 acres but it also came with $4,000 in tax debt from the previous owner. I didn't really mind since it was a foreclosure I got a really good deal on the place. But I did have to pay their tax debt.

Yes it is though mobile homes depreciate in value over time while houses appreciate. I would never buy a new trailer like this because it will be worth 1/10 of what I paid in 10 years that money can be better spent on a down payment for a traditional home that will create generational wealth for your children.

This is nice! I'd get rid of the tub and put the shower there. And then use the old shower space as more closet storage
Exactly, tub is wasted space for me. I'd rather have a luxury shower and a big walk in closet.

Chase, this single wide is drop dead beautiful. I love the way the house is layef out.
I personally feel like you cant go wrong with ceiling fans in every room.
I love watching tiny house videos and can see the reasons the folks chose them, but honestly for the cost those beauties can reach, you could easily get a single wide and have fewer issues over regulations.
I really like that this single wide has "real" walls. Love the huge bathtub. Also glad to see a 2br/2ba.

Hi Chance! I love this two bedroom single wide. The colors are perfect to me and the walls with the trim above are always a plus. The utility room is perfect and after seeing the closet in there I was actually surprised to see the one off the master bath. I love the tubs too. One thing that I notice inmost kitchens is the fact that the exhaust fans in the kitchens just filter through the microwave and to me, that doesn't provide much ventilation for cooking etc. I know because I raised five great kids and have cooked and canned a LOT! I'm 72 yrs old now and I still love to cook, maybe not everyone feels as I do. Thank you for your presentation, I appreciate it very much. Thanks, Teresa, Indianapolis, In

I really like this home. I love the interior colors and layout. The only thing I would ask the manufacturer for is a coat closet at the front door. I could absolutely see myself living comfortably in this home.
I think a door to the right of the front door, that separates the guest bathroom and 2nd bedroom from the living area (for privacy) would be a good idea. Then you could install hooks opposite the guest bathroom for coats etc. What do you think?
MrsTabby1963 My preference is at the entrance so guest can hang up their coats and remove wet shoes and boots.
But a place for coats and other things would be great as long it’s close to the front door and a person doesn’t have to track through the house.
I agree. I always look for a coat closet near the entrance.

I love the clerestory windows between the kitchen and living room. Very classy. And that's a cool bicycle sculpture on the coffee table. (Not that it matters to the home itself ...)

I was thinking the same thing about the bicycle sculpture. Usually I'm not a fan of some of the staging, but that sculpture definitely caught my eye.

I like the fact there isn't an island in the kitchen. Most of them takes a lot of space.
Have you ever had one? They're always stuck like a huge log in the way of where you want to go.
I like the open flow between the den and kitchen area which gives that space a bigger and more open feel.
I just LOVE the kitchen/dining room layout‼️ The 3 BIG windows there in the dining room just sold me in itself! But let's not forget that beautiful large tub in the master❣️💜 It looked like the tub 🛁 in the other bathroom looked extra big compared to usual ones. Then add to that the extra sq footage of the bedrooms makes this extra nice! TFS‼ 👍
I like the colors I'm tired of the grays so I really like the brown tones. Pretty big kitchen for a single wide. As always Chance I like that you open everything.
I love this one! Love the well lit dining area with the natural light and the kitchen And no farmhouse sink!
My family and I lived in a single wide for 18 years. I still miss it sometimes. I don’t know why mobile home manufacturers always have the kitchen to the left of the living room. Shortly after we purchased ours, I stopped by the dealer with a question I had and since the salesman was a friend of mine, he showed me the only one I’ve ever seen with the kitchen to the right of the living room. Had I seen that one first, I would have definitely gone with that one.
This would be a great little home to put in the back of your property for either a guest house or a rental house
Completely agree, great for inlaws to visit for awhile.
It's actually bigger than a tiny home. 1,260 sq ft total.
Zoning laws.
We love this trailer. Mostly the pantry/utility room. we do pressure canning and food storage. We also love how the kitchen is sort of separated from the living room. So many single wides have the kitchen area almost in the living room and this makes for a crowded feeling.
I honestly expect the price to be higher!

I love this home! Even though it's a single wide it doesn't look like a typical single wide. The rooms are spacious and airy! Beautiful home!

Wow. So hard to believe this is a single wide. These homes just get better and better.
I love the layout of the kitchen and how it hides the master. Also, there is plenty of room for a dining table and chairs. A narrow, long (15" x 60") island on casters would work for prep space. The bedrooms are a really good size. The entire home has great space for a single or couple. Thanks for showing.
I would have one or two smaller movable 'islands' that could be stored in the large pantry and moved around for access and used in kitchen if needed.
Def needs an island.

This layout is by far the absolute best: the separation of the bedrooms by the utility room and the bathroom is great! Most masters I’ve seen have been right on the other side of the living room. I love that the master is at the other end of the home away from the second bedroom and that both are away from possible noise. Beautiful beautiful home!!

This is the kind of single wide I would like. The guest bedroom would be my office. I love the colors of the cabinets and flooring. I’d change the wall colors though.
I love this house. 2 bedrooms at 2 different ends of the house give space for privacy. The closet in between the guest bedroom and the restroom can eliminate some noises. This is exactly what I like. And also both bathrooms have windows. Love it.

Love this one. I am single so I don't want tiny bedrooms, and don't need three. I turn a tiny bedroom into a walk -in closet. This looks more like a condo than a mobile home. The transom and the way they placed the windows, especially in hallway to guest bedroom and bath, is a great idea.... Then back door gives light in hall outside master bedroom. Now I just need the funds. Ty. for showing this one. :)

Hey Chance, it's Alex out here in California! I hope you are doing just peachy! This is the first single-wide I have looked at. Not really for me but it's pretty nice. You mentioned in the guest closet that you can walk in it and that is true. But the question is, can we skip and hold hands? That is the closet for me, Mr. Chance! SO, I will continue to tune in because I know you have shown closets that you could skip and hold hands in so I know my closet is out there. Take care, brother! We'll talk again.

The best part of that single wide is that it has a utility room.
The home has overheard ducts. I can see having the second bedroom for a guest bedroom/ office. Pantry space is nice too.
I'm loving those three little windows in the partition between the living room and dining room. Very nice decorative detail. Also the extra spacious mstr bdrm. 💖

Love this home! It is perfect for me...unfortunately I am in California and not sure this is even available in my area...plus the price is probably much higher. But it will get the discussion started. Love that the washer & dryer, with that great pantry are in their own separate room! I will most likely go with white cabinets.
"If" I had to live in a SW, this would be it. I'd need a tile shower though. Good price. Large Pantry- gotta love that! Great Kitchen design. I'd rather have sliding glass doors by the table, but this is not bad.

And a different back door (too much glass) be scared I'd be woken up to glass busting overnite round here .otherwise great . could put a island in that kitch. too. 1 thing i don't like with any mobile home or regular custom built homes is the closet being in the bathroom 🙄 that's my only pet peeve 😤
But that makes the bedroom bigger. Ik the bathroom smaller.
Thank you Chance. I love this one. Finally a master with only 1 sink. I'm just not crazy about the closet being in the bathroom. I can't help but wonder about too much humidity for clothing and getting that musty smell. Would also like the closet a little larger. Love that size in the 2nd bedroom though. Also like the vents above and all the windows. It would be helpful if you could tell us some about the construction of the home. What the walls are & roof. Doors & cabinets...real or pressed wood...things like that. Thanks again. Always enjoy your videos and grateful for the approximate cost.
