Nice home, but I would prefer the laundry room at the end of the house ,so it could be used as a mud room as well. The doors on this home would not allow me to place it on my mountain property facing the lake . The Gloria is more suitable for the placement I would need .

Would a pocket door in master be possible for closet and not enter from bathroom? What about humidity from showers, no door for closet? 1st model?

Does the island have storage? If no storage replace with a table and 4 chairs. Can windows be changed out for smaller dimensions? There has to be a way to reroute the water to somewhere not in a closet or some way to hide it. Can laundry be connected to a washer-dryer combo?

Can a park model be put on a foundation without wheels and be considered real estate and pay taxes like a site built house?

I really hope this will eventually be available in Florida. Love the layout and looks of this house.

My dream home. Only things I would change...no carpets, no wet bar. Vents would be in the ceiling too. And a glass door on the master shower lol

Needs a fireplace, a sink in laundry room . And the furnace moved from the wall that is shared by the master bedroom . Please put an exit door in the laundry at the end of the home so a carport could be placed their. Still , a lovely small home .

Nice floor plan but even at that price point there’s better options. The tub combos look terrible & like they’ll be prone to mildew degradation and leaking. No closet doors of any kind is ghetto. There’s a larger 3/2 SW by Dutch Housing that looks better than this for like $30K less.

My kitchen love it

Definitely an excellent roommate option! The fact that this little abode has ensuite bathrooms in both bedrooms makes it a wonderful option for two people (or couples) to live together with privacy.

I'm wondering if you can have these park model homes modified so you can actually stand up in the loft.

Love this home

I really like this. I would make a couple of changes. The countertop in the kitchen should be extended enough so that two barstools can fit. Also, one of the windows in the living room should be eliminated and a fireplace feature placed there. The loft part over the bedroom could be eight inches to a foot higher if the bedroom floor below were to be dropped. The price is right.

I've never seen this deer valley home. Absolutely outstanding!

I like the floor plan for this home. The medium wood in the kitchen brightens the space up. A fireplace and entertainment center, below the small window in the living room would be nice. The optional porch is a must to me. A single retired person like me. Could live comfortably here.
