Will, love this house 🏠🏡!! It has a certain kind of flair about it!! All of the rooms are very nice and comfortable!! The Kitchen is cozy and inviting!! The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are great!! Love this. Foyer, separate dining room. I'd change the top of that cabinet in diningroom glass door on cabinet. Show off China and crystal. Love how it has alot of counter space near stove. No stainless steel for me. Still shows marks. I would put a pocket door to the utility room so doesn't show from kitchen.
Great porch. Love walkin closet in secondary bedrooms. Nice primary bedroom.

This home is great. Love the kitchen space and island. I would replace those bifold doors in the dining room cabinets. As Susan said, glass panel doors would be great so you could use it as a China cabinet. The utility room is nice, the drop zone and porch are awesome too. I would replace all wire racks with wood shelves and rods. The master is nice but would replace barn door. The bath is great. Overall, this one is a winner! Thanks Wil....it was a great tour!
I really like this one. Prefer a split floor plan. Was disappointed that water heater wasn't easy access with a door near the utility room and was hoping for a kitchen sink under a window.

Like in general, but living room is missing a focal feature, I mean, see where the TV is placed....and nowhere for a fireplace.
Rather expensive imo. Unfortunately only one wall in LR to put tv/entertainment center.
