I even know that ever since i encountered this mod, i no longer had irrational fears of monsters or whatever. I now fear soldiers, black sun, and russians in ss uniforms, with orthodox christianity crosses instead of armenian rune Sig. I no longer fear monsters, i now fear monsters in uniforms.

I kinda like how this song is essentially a dark reprise of the Teufelslied, especially since the original lyrics state "We fight for Germany, we fight for Hitler", and there's a sense of irony because Burgundy - despite comprising much of the SS - no longer fights for Germany or Hitler at all, instead fighting for the chance to nuke the world.
They fight for “Germany” to “save” them from the (as himmler puts it) the decadence and degeneracy that “plagues” it

I’d think of it more as the whole series, “The New Order: Rise of a Dark Europe” is episode 1, “The New Order: Red Revolt for Europe” is episode two, “The New Order: Last Days of Europe” is episode three.
TNO:RDE: We start in America, in an American radio program about the Germans winning the Second World War, and video footage of a map showing the audience how Europe and Africa is Axis, Asia is Greater East Co Prosperity Sphere, and the America’s are somewhat democratic. We see quick footage of each nation, taken from a spy plane, but then you get to burgundy, which is nothing. The voice fades to a more glitched tone until the footage becomes corrupted with the Burgundinian flag, and text and distorted audio. “The Führer’s decaying body is that of his ideology, a carcass unstable for this earth.” It switches to a nuclear bomb exploading with quiet, yet loud civilian screams. “The fire’s of this earth will be made ready, for none shall survive Aryan assension.” The screen then automatically cuts back to what was happening, showing nations in the world. After that, we cut to a scene on TV, the German Reich lands a man on the moon, and things go as they are, in TNO, up until the Führer’s illness, and the people plotting to take over from Hitler, and the movie ends with Hitler’s death.
TNO:RRE: We start in Germany, the Grand funeral for Adolf Hitler, and how world powers react to it. Right after, a bomb goes off, exploading Hitler’s carcass in Nuremburg, the German Civil War has begun. Everyone is blaming each other for doing it, nobody is claiming responsibility for it. Soon after, radio news, the German puppets, in the East, have fallen into chaos, with the Red command taking victory after victory, all German leaders know that once the civil war is done, Russia must be dealt with as soon as possible, but during that, news from France, Burgundy and Brittany have taken land from the French State, and after the French State falls to chaos. Things go standard, in game, Alexi, Japan’s order 99, etc, and then the movie ends with Alexi’s push into Moscow.
TNO:LDE: The movie starts with Alexi reunifying western Russia, and then continues to show that Bormann is winning the German Civil War. America and Canada are undecided what to do, whether to intervene or not, but we see that the people saying to intervene are agents from Burgundy. We see the world slowly falling into chaos, and what they have in common is a pin on their jacket, it is the pin of Burgundy, their Global plans are succeeding. Soon, Alexi unifies Russia and Bormann unifies Germany and claims the Balkans, and Italy offers support. The world knows there will be another war, and it will start with Russia and Germany, but both are waiting for the clock to strike, but what time, nobody knows. Soon after, we cut to the nuclear arsenal of America, Germany, China, Japan, etc, all of the guards are being switched, and then it cuts to a phone being rung. It cuts to Himmeler’s office, and he answers and is told that everything is ready and awaiting his command. He replies with, “Good, begin with Russia and Germany.” So at midnight, Russia, under Alexi, and Germany, under Bormann, are fighting, and the world joins in to regain their land back. All sides try to contact their nuclear arsenal bases, but none are responsive. We cut to the bases, and there are bodies, dead bodies, laying around, and all that’s left are soldiers with armbands and pins, black armbands with the Burgundinian symbol. All over the world, the Burgundinian Lulliby is played, every citizen, every president, everyone, hears the song, and right when the song begins, Himmeler makes the call saying, “Let the Aryan race assend to it’s glory.” And the nukes are launched. All over the world, hundreds of nukes are launched, and for five minutes, we just sit and watch, watch in awe that one man, one person, is smiling, Himmeler. He walks outside and opens the door to watch the nukes fly all around, and he smiles and laughs, that sinister laugh, that evil laugh.

Well, if you start a thermo nuclear war within the gameplay I always think to myself: "Man, they actually were able to make a horror mod for HOI4. Honestly, TNO in my eyes isn't something from HOI4 anymore, we made it into its own thing.
TNO is so effective at making everyone horrified at Burgundy, that not a SINGLE person made a French surrender or baguette joke.

If you are playing anyone but Burgundy, you can't see their focus tree. You never know what's going on there. If you play Burgundy, the entire game revolves around working French and Belgian populations to death to keep Burgundy stable long enough to either provoke a nuclear war through false flag actions or by acquiring a nuclear arsrnal somehow, because your leaders ideology revolves around the idea of purging the world with nuclear fire so only members of the "Aryan race" survive.

As Himmler descended the steps through hell, any soul he came across fled from his path, the demons guarding him pushed him past the brimstone pit where Hitler was burning. As he approached the center of hell, he realized that something was not right, Himmler was forced into the throne room of Satan himself

@@TheSardomaso In the game there are a variety of crisis that can fire between the superpowers. One of these is over territorial waters with the US and Japan. In the other events the ai for one superpower will back down before it ends in war.
The shrimp event ai is bugged, and escalates until war. The nukes come shortly afterwards.
