@@LaneSideReviews My paperback copy was delivered by Amazon this afternoon, and I just finished my first read through of it. Very impressed with the detail. Not just in the HOW of PAL, but the WHY of everything that goes along with it. You don't just teach us how to do it, you explain why it matters. I've honestly used DA, VLS, 2LS and PAL interchangeably, without much thought since I began drilling in my garage a year and a half ago, because there's never been great source of information for any of those systems in relation to 2 handed bowlers. Your book is the best single source of information available for any system. Good job.
