Great tip , any tips on getting the ball moving in the 1st step , for years I've struggled with the ball and foot together, always end up late at the foul line .
How many steps do you take? We will shoot something for this topic (as we get this question a lot)!

my arm swing is all over the place and it gets annoying real quick
take a small dumb bell weight or just a 2.5 or 5 pound weight and just stand and swing it in the path with your intended push away. I believe you get no feed back with out something in your hand adding resistance. and you don't have to make a special trip to the bowling center to ....practice
If you look at the human skeletal body as a whole, you would say that the navel faces the direction in which the tip of the foot you step on faces, and the upper body faces the direction in which the navel faces, right?
When I say this, many people focus on the movement of their hands as if to make excuses.
In Japan, in particular, the movement of the hands is the mainstream, and this is all there is to pitching.
You are absolutely correct! Scoops often tells people to "Point their Belly Button / Navel at where you want the ball to go".
