1971 Lamborghini Miura SVJ Jota + Valentino Balboni - St. Moritz 2010 - Start-Up & V12 Sound!

I was lucky enough to film this very rare 1971 Lamborghini Miura SVJ Jota, chassis #4934. You can follow the v12 engine sound start-up, behind the wheel Valentino Balboni, Lamborghini historic test driver. We are at the most important international and European gathering dedicated to the Italian brand that took place in Switzerland from 18 to 21 June 2010 in the cities of St. Moritz, Celerina and Samedan. Specifically, this car was built for the Iranian Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. The Shah kept the car together with another Miura P400 SV in the Royal Palace of Tehran. After fleeing the country during the Iranian Revolution, his vehicles were seized by the government. We know that in 1995 the SVJ Jota was sold in Dubai and in 1997 put up for auction where it was purchased by the American actor Nicolas Cage, who paid it $490,000. Cage sold the car in 2002 and now belongs to a collector who lives in London, England. Enjoy! 😉
Ho avuto la fortuna di filmare questa rarissima Lamborghini Miura SVJ Jota del 1971, telaio #4934. Potete seguire le fasi di accensione e la partenza, al volante Valentino Balboni, storico collaudatore della Lamborghini. Ci troviamo al più importante raduno internazionale ed Europeo dedicato a questo marchio italiano e si è svolto in Svizzera dal 18 al 21 giugno 2010 nelle localita' di St.Moritz, Celerina e Samedan. Nello specifico, questa vettura fu costruita per lo Shah iraniano Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. Lo Shah custodì l'auto assieme ad un'altra Miura P400 SV nel Palazzo Reale di Teheran. Dopo essere fuggito dal paese durante la Rivoluzione iraniana, le sue auto furono sequestrate dal governo. Sappiamo che nel 1995 la SVJ Jota fu venduta in Dubai e nel 1997 messa all'asta dove venne acquistata dall'attore statunitense Nicolas Cage, che la pagò 490.000 dollari. Cage vendette l'auto nel 2002 ed ora appartiene ad un collezionista che vive a Londra, in Inghilterra. Buona visione! 😉
