You guys wanna know something? This whole battle would have been even more amazing if Jill was fighting along side Chris against Wesker inside that Volcano pit. Then they get rescued by Sheva and Josh via helicopter.
Cause Jill & Chris taking down Wesker together would have make so much sense, and everything come full circle to what Chris & Jill set out to do after quitting stars. But alas..

i hated that part because it was almost impossible to get the timing down to save shiva and also not let wesker block your path and whirlwind you to instant death. fuck this entire final battle. it's took me almost an hour to figure this out. no matter how many times i shot his heart he would never go down until i ran out of bullets (i came in with 200 bullets.). i finally got lucky with a rocket launcher.
Most of the people don't realize that Chris is a battle hardened soldier who is brave enough to go against his nemesis knowing that he'll probably die but still chooses to because that's what he is.......when Sheva is about to fall off the jet..chris suddenly gets a flashback of Jill and realizes that it happened once but he can't let that happen twice and pounces at her to grab her hands while taking the risk on his own life because that's what he is......boulder punching scene isn't really funny to me but really emotional in a sense that because of the sheer desperation of saving his partner again and fighting his nemesis...he tries to move the boulder that's clearly heavy enough to not move but he punches and pushes it because that's the only thing left he could do....to face something more than he could handle but he doesn't give up and eventually wins.....
I think the same and see the same.
Also, I "punch" that boulder alongside Chris with all my determination. I certainly don't find that bit funny at all.

Ngl every time I play with my friend and reach this scene as Sheva I can’t help but to turn myself and look at Chris punching the boulder from the other side as me being chased by Wesker.

Can we just talk about how freaking incredible the music is in the human Wesker battle? I mean the entire game's soundtrack is something else, but Winds of Madness is SO freaking exciting. That's what a full orchestra just going absolutely nuts can do, it makes what's otherwise a pretty simple boss fight feel like the most exciting thing in gaming
Honestly the Winds Of Madness theme just really seems to hit home the fact that Wesker has gone completely off the deep end
I had to go back to this classic final fight scene. Chris punching the boulder to knock it over after the RE5 reference from the Heisenberg boss fight from Village.

If you start at 31:05 and playback speed set to 0.25x, you will see how the rockets pass STRAIGHT THROUGH Wesker's head and delete it out of existence. It just disappears.

genuinely the hardest boss ever when you have limited ammo, took me over 30 attempts
There is a hidden way to beat him knife only. It's really quick and easy
even with a ton of ammo i still could never beat him. i finally got lucky with a rocket launcher strike (even that doesn't work most of the time even with the heart exposed.

I went in with 10 incendiary grenades and maxed out ammo for a shotgun and sniper rifle, and I still nearly ran out by the end. You really have to upgrade the damage on your weapons to make the most of each shot.
I like how the helicopter changes sizes during the final scene. Like one minute it's accurate and the next a flying greenhouse lol

God this fight gives you next to zero clues on what to do. Also it takes way too many hits to trigger the final cutscenes
This and the Jill boss fight are more than confusing during the first playthrough.
Leon: Hey Chris I see you returned from Africa .......(stares on Sheva and Jill) ..... and not alone.
Leon: I heard your mission was a succes. Which threats you faced together?
Chris: (inhales/exhales) African Ganados, Executioner Ganado, Chainsaw Ganados, dogs, something like bat creatures, Giant (Leon starts having flashbacks from Spain)

Exactly lmao. When you go near or fall in a deep pool of lava, you don't really die from melting slowly. Instead you start melting and then explode because all the blood and moisture of your body becomes gas from the heat and immediately wants to burst out from your body since gases rise. It's like a balloon popping because it has too much gas inside it.

I don’t care what other people say, this is a more definitive ending to the entire series than anything else that came after it. For me, this is where resident evil truly ended.

just finished this game with my little brother. one of the best in the resident evil series, should have more co-ops.
The lava part gave me strong vibes from Revenge Of The Sith. Including the music that sounds very Star Wars.

Though this game was not horror it is still one of the worlds greatest games. This boss fight is top 3 for the series hands down. It was long but didnt feel drawn out and had a cool atmosphere to it. Voice acting was on point as well

This fight is a pain in the ass with low ammo
Yeah. I had to bring in a lot of my guns from my inventory after I died, and make sure to be very accurate. When I finally beat him, I had only a handful of pistol rounds left and 50 rounds in the machine gun I brought in after dying so many times that I thankfully didn't need to use. I feel sorry for people who came to this fight with low ammo.

@@PearlWorldOrder Same bro. That's the one thing I don't like about this game. When you loose ammo, you lose it and the game doesn't give you more, even in amateur/easy mode.

I remember it being so hard i tried it for weeks .
Despite Wesker's death, some bad guys try to destroy the world and turn people into zombies. In RE6, Chris lost his memories from a mission gone wrong and became worse until Piers and the BSAA found him six months later. Despite his memories returning, Chris was vengeful until Leon convinced him it wasn't.
Chris has been through much in his life, but he continues fighting for a new world. After letting go of his vengeance, he finds out that Wesker has a son with antibodies to the C-Virus.
If albert die on that Lava probably he will be cloned or maybe he is a clone in that fight so many assumption
Killing Wesker and not replacing him with some kind of well written villian, it killed the games for me
Alternatively / coolest / easy way to kill final Wesker is to grab his back when his weakness in on his chest / front.
Sheva will brutally slash and stab him.
But Chris must not on low health, or it will fail.
