INGREDIENTS
For 10 to 12 alfajores
1 tbsp (10 ml) anise liqueur or ethyl alcohol
1 tsp salt
2 yolks
50 ml warm water
40 gr butter | soft butter
200 gr flour 0000 | all use
300 gr sweet pastry milk
200g sugar
80ml water
200 gr powdered sugar
1 clear
1 tsp lemon juice

Hay q aclarar q el alcohol debe decir para uso alimenticio xq está el otro alcohol q es para solo uso medicinal .
