When popularity and ego gratification give them that dopamine hit, they'll seek ever greater validation; there is a reason boob-streamers are so popular. That's not to say men don't have this issue, but usually when you point out a mostly female phenomenon people come out of the woodwork pointing out that both genders do this because they feel women are being singled out. This is a mostly female problem.
