Arcane by one guy !

I tried to remake the part of the show on my own. I got really inspired by watching the Arcane show and Of course I had to remake the character. When I was done with it I slowly started moving forward bit by bit and end up here with the longest animation I have ever made. Sorry for my crappy animation.

assuming this the character for the most part in your style, this is extremely well made. Naturally, the original show didn't do any 3d based rendered lighting, so its going to look different. Back to your creation, the lighting, framing, sculpt, and animation all look good. Very impressive for a 1 person team.
