Silco. The villain who gave up everything for his daughter. A father.
"is there anything more undoing, than a daughter?"
Because a daughter literally changes the way you think. You go from ruthless to loving. It undoes what you were.
@@jonbaxter2254 I swear. I am not a father so I can only imagine. A son, is somebody you can fight along with. A daughter, you will do anything do keep her from harm.
@@ducks7015 exactly. And that's what Silco did
Opposite of Thanos, The villain who gave up daughter for everything.
Nah, Silco's "love" was all kinds of fucked up. I agree he loved her, but he is by no stretch a good father and certainly didn't work to "keep her from harm". She was an asset first and foremost, and I think he grew to love that asset, but if you really love someone, you don't manipulate them into believing their only remaining family is dead and turn them into your personal hitman while it's very obvious it's greatly affecting their widely unstable mental health. He found a young broken girl, and turned her into something he could use. Contrast that with Vander, who made it his sole responsibility to keep his children safe, was willing to die just keep Vi out of prison. Vander was a father. But don't get me wrong, I loved Silco's character, I think this is what made him a great villain, but Vander saw Powder as a daughter, Silco used her as a weapon
Not my original idea, but i saw someone say
"Her last act as Powder was killing Silco. Her first act as Jinx was avenging him."
She had the choice between Vi and Silco. Between Powder and Jinx. Because life, as it often does, insisted that no one can have it all. And in the end she chose Vi... And she chose Jinx.
@@jesse1086 she took silco life and killed powder who killed him in his honour.
Her last act as powder was avenging her father. Her first act as Jinx was avenging her father.
And she avenged him how exactly? I mean, even lyrics of the song have more sense than you:
I want you to hurt like you hurt me today and I want you to lose like I lose when I play what could have been
Oh, what could have been
Jinx just wanted to hurt Vi and the topside for not accepting her.
@@Karasuno86 before she shot at the end she heared silco's voice when they met when he said 'we'll show them, we'll show them all'
Jinx is such an incredible character. The amount of time the writers take to work through her character is incredible. She is portrayed as evil, and broken but somehow no matter what she does you just can’t shake that feeling of sadness and sympathy for her. She is a truly fascinating character and shows the very best of the character studies the animators and writers went through with this absolutely incredible masterpiece of a show.
😍😍😍😍
Fascinating but tragic
She's my favorite.
Wait... just wait... to see the other legends
Yeah, all Her breakdowns felt so genuine and sad that's actualy incredible
"DON'T CRY YOU'RE PERFECT"
Silco last words.
Even in his last moments, he's reassuring her. He wasn't the best person - obviously - but he was an amazing father (certainly not perfect because no one is, but he did the best he could)

yeah and silco was right about that
he was far from perfect/amazing, he was manipulative. he only cared to exploit powder not help her@@sweetnightmare001
I love how Silco never did anything to her he wasn't genuine about. He didn't try to twist her to be a monster. He meant everything he said and did for her with best intentions. Man actually loved her like a daughter and I find that respectable.
He twisted things by not being honest with her.
I love Silco as a character but he was super manipulative towards her! He told her time and again that Vi left her, reminded her that he was the one who cared for her (imposing that everyone else didn't) and that she needs to "let Powder die" and that Jinx is strong (in other words, Powder isn't). Telling her all this while she was already mentally unstable and fighting the demons of her past really brought out the worst in her. Yes, he loved her, but that alone doesn't make him a good father.
@@himehine9421 He was definitely not heartless, but still a villain. And yess I'm never getting over all the parallels and basically everything about this show!
Although I think it was unintentional, silco definitely twisted her to be worse than she already was. I think he had good intentions but he went about it completely wrong and fucked her up even more. I think that just shows how greatly written he is though. Definitely one of my favourite characters
@@IttyBittyGuineaPigs It's an absolute tragedy. He ACTUALLY believed Vi was dead and her being there for the enforcer. Even in points where he manipulated her, he done it unconsciously. In no way was their relationship healthy, but despite it all, I can’t get myself to not like Silco (´;ω;`)
Silco had so much love for jinx because he knew the pain of being betrayed by their own blood.

Would you like see another video about Jinx?
It was...perfect
All jinx wanted was to be loved regardless of whether she was Powder or jinx.
Vi wanted her sister powder.
Silco wanted his daughter jinx.
In the end, she chose to be a daughter over a sister, but saved her sister rather than her father.
This show is a masterpiece.
Also worth noting that these words are not mine. Credit goes to whoever originally pointed this out.
Underrated comment
Deep
Jinx is a murder. Vi ain't wrong for not wanting that. She is not exactly in the know of it all, not her fault
Jinx not rather Vi over Silco, she just accidentallt kill him
@Lexx no, that was a reflex, even the producers say that, u cant change that
Our poor girl Jinx countenance in the end of the fight with Ekko are absolutely soul-crushing, mainly in contrast with her acquired wacky personality. Just imagine you realizing too late that you're beating your childhood crush to a pump because you're both victim of circumstances that you both couldn't control, after a gaze like that!
That fight between them two was a highlight for me. Epic clash made all the more harrowing for the reasons you’ve listed!
Yeah. I believe ekko would've taken care of jinx if he found her before silco. It just shows that ekko had every opportunity to kill her even if she killed so many of his friends, because of their past and deep down ekko believed she could change.
*I never would have given you to them, not for anything, don’t cry you’re perfect.*
RIP to Silco (the best character in the show, in my opinion) we will miss you my man.
Also amazing video man keep up the good work :)
Thank you so much! 🙂
@@Zurik23M you’re welcome man, have a good day.
Why resonated with u about silco?
Silco a great villain, or freedom fighter depending on how you look at it.
@@jacobmorres9817 Because in a way, he's right. All he wanted was Zaun, free from Piltovers rule. Piltover has been looking down on Zaun for way too long, the enforcers pretty much free to bully its citizens as they please. Obviously, human experiments, murders, and drug trafficking are terrible things to do and nobody is saying that he's a good guy, but at the same time, if he came before the Council and asked for Zaun's independence peacefully, they would have laughed in his face, so Piltover did force his hands as well. And the second thing would be his love for Jinx. He took care of her when even her own sister cast her away. All he wanted his entire life was free Zaun, yet if it meant handing over Jinx to Piltover to achieve it, he would rather go to war than betray his daughter. He was willing to give up everything for her. Even in his last moments, he isn't angry or disappointed after Jinx shoots him, he takes the last bit of time he has left to comfort her.
A series in which there are no villains. Everyone has their dark side from where you look at it and that's why I love Arcane. As always, you leave me speechless, awesome video my friend. Never stop!
Ekko and jayce are pretty good bois imo.

But of course, this editor has done a great job and it shows.
I mean, there are villains. Silco got a load of people addicted to something that fucks their bodies up permanently. He isn't entirely redeemed by his sincere love for Jinx. He is a good character, but he isn't a good person.
@@levent246Did you really watch the show? innocent? That little dude runs that factory. He was FAR from innocent. And ekko doesn't steal his sole purpose in forming the firelights was destroying shimmer shipments. "Silco thinks -he- made Jinx. With... all his rants, and hard-won lessons. But he... didn't make Jinx... -You- did."
God, such a beautifully written series with beautifully written, complex characters that enthrall and entice you; and something you've just expertly captured in this video. I love it all.
"Excise your doubts, Jinx. Be what they fear, Jinx"

Time to make your wishes come true man.
Such a beautiful porteyal of such a tragic character. One that is broken, misunderstood and oh! so imperfect. Her story arc is amazingly well crafted and I love that the writers took there time with her develpment. Each and every single ending of each Arc was a masterpiece that broke me. That along with the songs "Goodbye", "Guns for Hire" and "What could have been" created some of the very best moments and shots i've ever seen in cinema/series/animation/etc.
Thank you Zurik for portraying this masterpiece and making it so emotional and let's just say it. Perfect!
man, after each act finished, for days i kept on listening to those songs.
**insert wave of feels hitting you meme**
Thank you so much! 🙂
It's honestly all so perfect I can't put into words how much I fell in love with characters, related to stories and themes, admired the world to no extent, and felt everyone's pain
A tribute to victor would be great
I love how even after Silco got shot by Jinx. In his final moments he didn’t feel betrayed or hatred towards Jinx. But instead he says” Don’t cry, your Perfect”
"Don't cry. You're perfect." There's so much in those words. I think they perfectly embody Silco and Jinx's relationship. Right from the beginning, he was validating her feelings at every turn... at first, I think it was just to manipulate her. But he clearly loves her now, even if that love is his destruction. I mean, he was literally going to prioritize her over his ultimate goal. They're both wonderful characters... BUT Silco is not a good dad. Love is not enough. A parent should also check their child's behavior and, you know, be a good role model. Silco does neither of these things. And to those who say Powder never would've survived in Zaun the way she was, you're right. But Silco turned her into a terrible version of herself - in fact, he also made ZAUN worse than it ever was. Silco's a great character but not a good person or a good father.
I agree. I won’t deny that Silco loved her as a daughter, but he clearly wasn’t doing what was best for her. He exacerbated the worst parts of her and tried to erased the other sides of her.
Well said.
Silco was the dad Powder wanted, he wasn't the dad Powder needed.
He made Jinx and Zaun strong enough to stand up for themselves.
I believe your wrong and correct because yes he did see her as a tool for maniplatuion but through out there truimphs together it wasnt untill the very end at the fountain did he realize he loved her more than his goals. That when he realize he loved her like a daughter but the rest of the time was just manipulation for his goals and slowly falling in love with her in a father daughter situation. Thats why he said "Don't cry, You're Perfect" Because he knows deep down he wants her to feel justified of her actions and stop letting people beat her up mentally and be her trueself. In my eyes he was a great father.
I'm addicted to these fan videos of Arcane. Such a good show, and so heartbreaking...
Powder truly died when she killed Silco. That was the last thing she did.
And the first thing Jinx did after that was avenge him.
The moment Jinx says "I thought maybe you can love me like you used to, even now I´am different'' only this moment made me cry like no other series made me.
I've never been so emotionally invested in a character as i have Jinx, and i've seen breaking bad and game of thrones and all the big shows.... She is truly an absolute masterclass in character craft, and watching this physically made me freeze up. Silco's final line really summed her up best.... as words don't really do her justice.
*"Don't Cry... You're Perfect"*
This is the one show where i genuinely want the “villians” to win
Because the obvious villains AREN´T the villains. ;) Silco was right from the beginning. Vander was wrong.
@@S_E_N_S_E_nmann im tempted to agree with you, but someone pointed out to me in that in his attempts to free the under city, Silco intentionally created a different, lower, and much more worse city underneath the under city. the place where all the people he ruined with his drugs gather and fester. no doubt they would have destroyed him or Zaun once he got his freedom...just like Jinx destroyed the council
@@nonuvurbeeznus795 he didn't create it. Vi when injured and down their with Caitlin; ep 6. She stated: 'I've never seen it this large before.' Implying it existed when she was last in the Undercity/Zaun, as a kid and that'd be while Vander was in charge....
@@jonathanjohnson6727 yeah and it got bigger because of silco
They're not villains. They're victims of an oppressive force and vi and vander just had Stockholm syndrome.
absolutely masterpiece of an edit mate, great work
Thank you so much!
Agreed, great video
Bro this right here is a masterpiece. You've managed to capture the essence of jinx who she is the reason why she does what she does and it's all wrapped up neatly . You've basically done what the show did but in under 6 mins. I applaud you for this
Thank you so much!!
What the show did was create our bond with the character. This edit would never resonate with anyone who hasn't watched the show. So you can't say "you did what the show did in less time" it's just wrong. You are comparing completely different things
@@GeneralPet thank you for clarifying I got carried away by the edit
@@r3dd839 it's a very good edit. It portrays the character in an "elevated" manner (not sure how to phrase this) so that it evokes all our emotions around the character in a very short time span. So you are kinda right, but I wouldn't say they did the same thing
The way this starts with Mylo saying "Every time she comes something goes wrong. She jinxes every job!" and how it ends with Silco saying "We'll show them, we will show them all" is frankly quite brilliant. These two lines were probably the most impactful ones when it came to holding Jinx in her path (along with Vi telling her that she's a jinx when she "left" her of course)
The chaos
The descent into madness
The violence in her eyes
The sadness in her screams
Grief and guilt in the breath
Jinx the beautiful tragedy of arcane.
What a beautiful edit brother.
🔥
Silco give away his dream of the nation of sawn for his daughter. He realizes why his brother vander betrayed their dream for vi, and you can see silco understanding his brothers decisions poring a drink on his statuette… making his decision of being a father rather than achieving his dream. Poetic and so fucking sad 😭
Been waiting for this. The first thing that crossed my mind after finished watching this masterpiece is actually you. Because I knew you'll notice some of the parallels in the show as you've shown the Sibling Parallels in this video (Vander/Silco and Vi/Powder). Just like how you noticed the parallels in AoT.
This show has so much symbolism and parallels in just under 9 episodes. Been rewatching them for god knows many times just to see anything else that I could've missed. Amazing work as always, sir.
Thank you so much! 😊
The one parallel that hit me the hardest was how Viktor approached Jayce right when he was at the end of the line and about to end it all. Literally saved him without even realising it and gave him a purpose. And then towards the end it was Jayce doing the same for Viktor.
@@HimanshuSingh-sf3lc Yes. They both saved each other. The one that hit me the most was the butterfly symbolism. The conversation between Heimerdinger and Viktor about death. When Viktor speaks, the camera focus on a butterfly as a symbol that life is short but beautiful like him. But also it acts as foreshadowing to what is going to happen to Viktor because the butterfly is also a symbol of reincarnation (caterpillar to butterfly). This show is so amazing.
Silco comforting her at the end makes me cry every single time. The first time, I bawled my eyes out. I have never empathized with and understood a “villain” like that before. My heart absolutely broke when he died.
And I put villain in quotations for a reason. He absolutely does evil things, but this entire show is so good at portraying the grey areas of humanity. I abhorred a lot of what he did (any sane person would), but I’ll never be able to believe that a) he didn’t TRULY love Jinx, b) he’s evil or c) he didn’t have an ultimately noble goal.
Did he have sociopathic tendencies? Absolutely. However, contrary to popular belief, some “sociopaths” _do_ have consciences *and* can feel love for a select few. He loved Jinx with all his heart. He benefited in no way by adopting Powder, a crying little girl whose pain and abandonment matched his. He didn’t know about her ability to create things. He just felt a little girl crying in his arms and thought “I’ll never abandon you.” When he holds her in his arms, there is a true gentleness.
He genuinely believed he was helping her with her demons through the “baptism.” At the end, he didn’t say “Jinx is perfect.” He said _”you_ are perfect,” talking about her entire being instead of one “side.” He spent his last moments comforting his daughter without a hint of anger or betrayal in his voice even though she’s the one who _literally_ killed him. He’s dying, and all he wanted to do was make sure his daughter would be ok and be as strong as he’d *always* told her she was.
Oof. Tearing up again.
I’m not into LoL but this was a masterpiece and I cried when Silco died. I just loved him so much and just hearing his last words hurt me. He really loved Jinx.. :(
this is made so unbelievably well, I cant believe I'm just finding you and with Jinx of all characters. I love this!
Thank you so much! 🙂
Zurik is one of the best editors out there on CZcams. I highly recommend you to check his other videos. He's got a special set of eyes & ears and is able to pick exactly the scenes/dialogues that are essential to a character, it's quite unbelievable.
Silco’s right. Betrayal by the one person you’d give everything you are to hurts like nothing you’ll ever feel again. It sears your heart.
“Silco thinks he made Jinx, but he didn’t… you did.”
Okay but I love how you didn't edit the scenes in chronological order. The scenes would shift from their fights, from Silco, to their childhood, to Vi leaving her... it's as if we saw the world through Jinx's eyes and felt the turmoil in her head as she struggled to make sense of the things that happened to her. Would you like see another video about Jinx?
I love that when we first see the Silco Jinx dynamic Silco says Jinx is perfect then his final words are you are perfect. It makes me think that Silco truly believed that Jinx chose Vi over him but it doesn't matter to him because he loves her so much.
For Silco nothing counts more than loyalty. And even the act of (more intuitively) killing him really was saving her sister - because of / out of loyalty. So she´s still perfect in his eyes. And of course you are right. He loves Jinx so very much, that he forgives her everything. Even the worst thing she could do to him at all.
@@S_E_N_S_E_nmann omg ur so twisted I love it
"I thought maybe you could love me like you used to... even though im different"
It took me a while to realize what she meant by that or why she thought that was the case. Vi is definitely capable of accepting her as Jinx, and even loving her unconditionally. However she figured out too late that there was no going back. Lets be honest here, its better for everyone involved including Jinx herself if she could in fact embrace Powder again and throughout the show we are shown very hopeful signs that she was still capable of that given the proper circumstances. However those circumstances never arrived. And Jinx is deeply paranoid about being abandoned and rejected so Vi being too late to realize there is no going back, on top of her refusal to call her Jinx, was interpreted by Jinx as a flat out rejection of her as a person. Vi's attempt to try and bring Powder back was justified. Its just that she didn't and couldn't know how it would be interpreted by Jinx.
On the flip side, the name, in the mind of Vi, Jinx represents everything Vi did wrong to hurt her sister and she sees it as a symptom of the disease she hopes to heal Jinx from. Its not a rejection of Jinx as a person, its just too painful for her to use it. Imagine you left your baby sibling or child with the words "You're worthless" causing her to spiral into psychosis and now everyone including herself calls her 'Worthless'. Its pretty clear how painful it would be for you to call her that again even if she self-identifies by it.
I think one of the best parts of this show was how it showed the differences between intentions and effects. Vi's actions in episode 3 caused irreparable damage to the psyche of Jinx. However, she cant reasonable be blamed for it. She couldn't help getting locked up, and her actions and words (while bad) are completely understandable given the circumstances and her age. Had she not been taken away it would probably have been resolved a lot quicker, she wanted to come back after rightfully taking a breather since she couldn't control herself.
However, even if she isn't to blame that doesn't mean the consequences of her actions aren't very real. Life isn't fair and this situation was a prime example of that. Its unfair for Vi that such a relatively small decision by her caused such world-shattering damage to the both of them, but that is the reality of the situation.
On the flip side i see people kinda jump Jinx for not realizing her sister didn't mean bad. I think its made pretty clear Jinx holds no grudge towards Vi. If she didn, the reunion in episode 6 would have gone very differently. But the realization that the event in episode 3 wasn't what it seemed to her doesn't suddenly cure her of her mental illness. That's not how that works.
Its very painful because neither of them is really to blame yet the damage is done all the same with no way to truly take it back.
I'm not crying, you are
Just saying this. People are saying all these good things about silco. Let me add my own.
This dude is loyal af. He got betrayed by his brother, so he chose to never betray anyone. Like, he sorrounds himself with loyal people, and if they aren't loyal, he is ready to die. Like that scene with his second in command almost killing him but choosing to remain loyal. Anyway, he stays loyal to family. He was offered everything he ever wanted but he didn't in favour of family. This guy is the more loyal then Dom in fast and furious.

i need to write a good comment. this made me genuinely tear up, this is a beautiful depiction of jinx's complex relationships, both with Vi and with Silco. how _sad_ she is, how alone she is. how neither of these people give her what she wants, or needs, but they do love her. and she loves them. but shes hurt and broken and scared and _jinx._ she's lost. this is such a beautiful edit.

Arcane was amazing. Every character felt so alive, and nobody was truly evil, just shades of gray. Perfect
As brilliant as Arcane is, let’s just take a moment to appreciate the top tier quality of this edit. The overlays of images, vocals, and music from this editor is excellent, and clearly shows someone who not only understands their craft, but has really understood the subject character; beyond top quality.
Would you like see another video about Jinx?
Woah I didn't even realise the parallel between Jinx falling from the explosion and Silco falling deep underwater
The king is back. I really hope you will make a video about KRATOS FROM GOD OF WAR 🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️
War*
holy shit that 5 minutes felt like 5 hours it was soooo good
When youre a child and look up to a older figure, it can affect you drastically when you insult them. I've had it happen to me.
oh. My. GOSH. this should definitely be a shown in the first episode of season two as a recap of season one. i feel like this is wonderfully made in a way that just portrays how Powder/Jinx had a massive character development. this is amazing.

JUST LIKE ALL OF ZURIKS EDITS.
Your ability to tell a story in such a short amount of time is amazing.
Would you like see another video about Jinx?
Don't cry, Zurik is perfect! Amazing work as always.
Thank you so much, Furkan! 🙂
I hate how ppl say that this is just to get ppl go play their game, but idc!!! This show is amazing even without the game and I absolutely love it!!!
Silco was so close to having everything he wanted. But he would have had to give up Jinx for it. In the end, Silco's plan was jinxed.
Despite people giving Netflix a lot of shit this show along with Squid games and quite a few others prove they are all hit or miss and can shout out some bangers
Squid game? Gtfo of here.
@@Desymmetry Squid game definitely wasn’t as good as this one but I still think it was really good
Silco was never virtuous, but he was fueled by the want to do a greater good for others despite using cruelty and forced sacrifice to achieve it. He cared for Jinx more than anything else; willing to miss the opportunity he had spent his life seeking to achieve for her. Even when her actions were wrong and even directly negative to him, he still did not lash out or do anything to hurt her. Even when he was dying because of her, he tried to comfort her. For a callous man willing to pile bodies to achieve his dreams, he truly did have a good heart
İ have watched this more than ten times and i still cry evety time at the are we still sisters part
What this show made me feel is incredible. I wanted Vi to win. But then I wanted Victor to fight to improve the fissures. And then I wanted Jayce to win the peace treaty... and I wanted Silco and Jinx to be happy together. I wanted Jinx to be beat... and in the end I just wanted her to find peace. She blows up the council, starts a war... and I still just want to give her a blanket. Amazing.
It was honestly hard to figure who to root for- because everyone had adverse effects on other people with each decision.
I completely understand how she feels:( I've been there🥺 my path wasn't easy but it made me who I am and truly understand the world that we live in. I wish I can hug Jinx 🥺❤
Why.. Why I am crying every fucking time I saw the story of jinx?
I know I’m over a year late, but damn… I watched Arcane for the first time recently and I just can’t stop thinking about how good it was. It was genuinely a masterpiece. Silco and Jinx were probably my favorite part of the show, and this tribute showed literally everything I loved about them perfectly. That tea party scene at the finale will always be one of my favorite scenes ever. It’s just unbelievable!
"We all have bad days" - but not today thx to you!!!
The facial emotions really are amazing works of art
I come back to this video every few months just to feel this intense range of emotion again. Jinx and Vi are remarkable characters. It's probably naive of me but I want them both to be okay. Someday, maybe. Jinx just devastates me. This edit is perfect…
If we’re delusional then let’s be delusional together 😭
"I'll show them, We'll show them all..." that line gives me goosebumps. He put his best work and rest of his life to show her that he or anybody else has nothing to do with her , she was already perfect. She did not need to prove it but yet she did. R.I.P to Silco, a father who lost his life while earning the love of Jinx. Respect.
Holy flippin' WOW! Loving the sharpness upgrade too. I adore the moody, oil-painty dullness of the original, but this would look good even in full daylight. Jinx might be my favourite character ever. Looks amazing, and a great voice. "It's Jinx now, Powder fell down a Weuh!" Great pronunciation of 'Well'

I’ve been a subscriber for years and I love all your work, but I don’t know if I’ve ever been as excited or as surprised as I was that you’d made a tribute to my favorite show of the moment 😭 this is so beautiful and really picks apart the tragedies in Jinx’s story. The parallels between Vander/Silco and Powder/Vi are so good.
"A broken mind can lead to a broken life."
“Silco thinks he made Jinx, but he didn’t…you did.”
Such a gut wrenching line
Been waiting for this eversince i finished watching the show. Thank you for this masterpiece, zurik
What a perfect edit, it actually made me shed a tear, such a powerful, thought-provoking masterpiece of a show.
Watched the Show the day it came out, watched this weeks later and now got goosebumbs again. Amazing editing
Perfect show of Jinx’s story so far in a video, great editing and choice of music! Hope to see another one when Arcane S2 is out!
I can't get over the great voice acting all the characters have
it's the best edit I ever saw, all the details and dialogues are perfectly put together in exactly the right place. awesome
The chills. This series is simply a treasure. 💜 I love the editing! Keep up the great work!
And now this is one of my favorite videos ever, you really captured how Jinx was created and her true essence.
Silco loved Jinx for who she really was, Vi loved the idea of what powder was
Such an absolute rollercoaster of emotions , amazing music choice as always , really incredible 😍
Thank you so much! 🙂
Simply beautiful, thank you.
This is absolutely Amazing and it shows so many focal points and scene chemistry of the show holy definitely love it
Can't wait for more Arcane and more videos from you, respect man.

cant wait for more Arcane edits.
Silco, Viktor, Jayce and Vander are all good options.
just goes to show how good of a show it was for so many of them to be so touching
*"don't cry. you're perfect"*
Y’all got me bawling my eyes out. ALSO I LOVE AND APPRECIATE THE EFFORT PUT INTO FINDING THE BEST QUOTES AND BEAUTY OF ARCANE, thank u 😍😭
Arcane is a masterpiece in so many regards.
I'm glad for all the tribute videos it sprouted.
Really shows how impactful it was to so many people.
I didn’t know a damn thing about lol when I saw this show on Netflix, I just saw and thought “this looks interesting”. GOD DAMN did this show not disappoint.
So far the best Jinx tribute I've seen. Well done friend, as always.
Great video, love the choice and pacing of these clips. Wow the detail and dialogue of this show is absolutely stunning.
I think this is from the best edits I've EVER seen. Not regarding Arcane, regarding anything. Holy sh*t. An extraordinary work. Congrats to the artist!
Ohhh, Silco. Not a villain, just a person who cares about his people and daughter.
He cares about his daughter and his "dream of freedom" for Zaun, but not much about "his people", seeing how he treats most of the Zaunians, pushing kid labour in shimmer factories and getting people addicted to shimmer.
Still is one of the greatest character of the show though 👍
Really? He is an evil deranged megalomaniac
@@Nata-ch2bk You cant reason with stupid and Ill people
@@Nata-ch2bk Well, he is loyal to his people as his core group is still with him after the timeskip and he saved Sevika.
And child labour is better than no income in an impoverished environment. He even gives them breathing masks instead of letting them get sick and replacing them.
Like in other countries when they crack down on child labour, because it's the right thing to do, but they only accomplish that these children have to find other ways of making money for their families, even selling their bodies.
Yes, he is still ruthless, won't hesitate to kill or exploit for his goal and can't be considered a good guy in any way but he isn't a 100% bad guy either. He was ready to give up himself and his source of power/plaque of the undercity for Zaun to be free.
@@Taccou You do have valid points. The problem is that those factories are for creating shimmer, and it can't be denied that shimmer hurts a lot of people in Zaun.
That's exactly what Ekko talks about with Vi, and why he created a safe haven and went on a war to destroy shimmer.
So even if child labour can be inevitable in some cases, I don't think that's the case here.
Also ask yourself this : he would have never given Jinx up for his dream, but what if Jayce had asked for Sevika instead?
Pretty sure he wouldn't have hesitated long to give her up.
I do agree he is not 100% a bad guy though. And we can understand why he does the things he does.
Damn!
This edit is soo synchronized and perfect in every single way!
Kudos mate!
You just made a masterpiece out of a masterpiece!
Subscribed. ♥️
this is, by far, the best arcane edit i´ve ever seen. Congratulations, you have made me tear up a little.
Best Arcane tribute I've seen yet. Literally chills, great work
