Skye, Where Eagles Fly

On a recent vacation in Scotland, I was able to capture footage of Golden Eagles & Sea Eagles. This young Buzzard was hunting so close, I could almost hear the wind in its feathers.
Normally only seen at a distance, the bird hunted small prey as if I wasn't there, giving me these amazing pictures.
Then the following day, I took a short boat trip from Portree Harbour and captured some more amazing footage. This time, of Sea Eagles etc. I cant recomend this trip enough and you 'dont pay the ferryman' if you dont see the eagles. On the trip you will most likely see leaping salmon, seals and variety of sea birds.

Congratulation, what a great video.
In the 1984 I had my caravan parket close to raptor resort in the Ardennes and had a Sea Eagle as guest each evening. This bird came over after the evening show for an hour rest just 1 meter away from my window. Impressive animals they are. But seeing them in free nature is quiet different.....
