Pasta festival part 3: Gorgonzola and walnuts. 10-minute BOMBASTIC recipe

  • This is the 3rd episode of Majkl's Pasta Festival: Pasta with gongonzola and walnuts. This is a very easy recipe to prepare, and most impotantly it is delicious.
    What is great about this recipe is the sweet gorgonzola cheese. Of course the walnuts add a great dimension to this dish.
    Ingredients for 4 servings:
    350g pasta (Majkl recommends rigatoni for this recipe, as the cream gets inside the rigatoni and the taste is amazing)
    300g gongonzola cheese
    250g heavy cream
    150g walnuts
    1 teaspoon tyme or savory
    salt and pepper to taste
    10 basil leaves for decoration and taste
