You are so right about the camera angles.
The problem with the 2 hats trick is that the kitty cat hat got insulated by the other hat.
Maybe if you cover the kitty cat hat with a bigger hat you will be in detective mode, but also trick the video in thinking that you are in normal mode, allowing you to get the upper hand.

I am very much a dog person but I get how it can be super annoying to others. Those dogs were so cute though I love them. The barking at people is generally from two possible sources. 1) the dogs recognize the person and are expressing that with excitement (or anger if they have bad vibes/bad past experiences) or 2) they do not recognize the person and are protecting their territory and packmates. The act of barking also stimulates the brains happy center so it can feel good to bark. Some dog breeds are more likely to bark than others depending on the job they were originally breed for as well as socialization level.

FULLY on her side on that dog argument. That among other reasons is probably why I developed a major phobia of them when I was young (that still somewhat lingers these days, but presents mostly as an unease as opposed to outright fear).

And to answer for you, it's the "Screw Attack" badge. In Metroid it's just a normal bonus powerup but in Smash it takes on the physical form of a badge shaped like the powerup's symbol. And you mean normal Samus, Zero Suit Samus doesn't exactly have the same abilities like when she has her armor. The stuff Zero Suit Samus does in Smash is exclusive to Smash.

Dear Editor: I understand it's a joke meme, BUT fun fact: the cat does know that there's food there, but the high walls of the bowl push their whiskers which cause them irritation. If you put a riser in the bowl, or feed from a plate, then your cat will only bother you when the food is actually empty.
