Great seeing Ultimate make an appearance. It's a sport that so many people don't know much about, and think that it's a bit of a joke because "it's just frisbee", when in reality it's a great game. Quite fast paced, requires good teamwork, a lot of fitness, and produces some amazingly athletic plays both on offence and defense.

The amount of control players have with the disk and how often they lay out to make a catch makes Ultimate a lot of fun to watch.
It's just called Ultimate, Frisbee is a brand name. There are leagues all over if you would still like to try playing again. @@c5mjohn

AUDL coverage is going to get you some attention- if you want a fun one for an individual play breakdown check out the Ben Jagt ejection from the Salt Lake Shred vs New York Empire game in 2023. It was a nuts sequence that would be fun for a lip reading breakdown. The coach of the Shred basically said that NY's super star could stay in the game after being ejected because he was 'sucking on oxygen on the sidelines'.

Suggestion: The fan of the week seems really disconnected in these videos. Kind of feels just slapped on the end to drive up engagement in the comments. I think it would be better if you actually took fans from the clips that you show in the video or maybe even from your breakdowns and use them that way we have some context to what they are doing. Also it would be nice to actually find out who won the fan of the week. Love the content btw.

Man that ultimate highlight takes me back to college when I played so much, such a fun sport.
At the Junior Little League World Series, the crazy thing is South Carolina had a walkoff caught stealing against New Jersey the following night (with what would have been the tying run for NJ), then Michigan had a walkoff against South Carolina for the US Championship. Some really great baseball!

Would be interested in your take on the controversy between the Adelaide Crows and Sydney Swans in the AFL. Crows were absolutely robbed with an incorrect umpiring call, and it means that they won't make finals this year. Even AFL HQ came out and said it was incorrect and have sacked the umpire. Love the videos Jomboy!
in general, i want him to have more of a look at AFL, spreading the popularity of the sport and such. and yeah, they were robbed, there was no reason not to refer the call and it's baffling, however also gotta consider just how terrible some of the on-field umpiring is and how that changes games, i dont think the goal umpire should have been sacked.
however this might just be the desperation of my bias as a roos fan, losing every game since round 3 lol. (not saying the umpires are why they lose, although one or two losses have probably been caused for every team by bad umpire decisions.)

FWIW: in ultimate frisbee there aren't "touchdowns". your team "wins the point", kind of like tennis (or other racquet sport) vernacular; since you’re usually playing “first to 11, 13, or 21” and not a time clock.
there are also things called Galaxy Points or Universe Points. universe point is “next point wins”.
Galaxy points are… up for debate depending on where you live/play geographically
