    I was born in Querétaro, Queretaro and came to the United States when I was seven years old and watching this video it’s literally creating a romance to my hometown that I don’t have a relationship with. I am truly inspired and will love to visit very soon. Thank u for this post, I’m in love 😍

    I wish I knew about the concha con mole from Fabrica de Chocolate, we were in Querétaro last week and only had the churros and chocolate. But we did go to La Patrona Barbacoa with Karencita and Dave. So good if you didn’t get a chance to try it. Also the enchiladas mole negro at Takua Sur-Este. Great food in Querétaro.

    Hi 👋 from Chicago!
    I love conchas and mole but never thought about it together. I would have probably passed on trying that but Jenny made it look delicious and now I wanna try it! Glad I found this channel! Planning on visiting Querétaro next year while visiting family in Guanajuato.

    • @EatBailaTravel
      @EatBailaTravel  Před rokem +1

      Honestly, Querétaro doesn’t have the best Mexican food, sadly. But for sure the best carne asada in Mexico is in the north! Coahuila has out favorite carnes asada tacos and they’re sold on the street. T-bone steaks tacos in the north is the norm in the north, crazy right?

    • @ovh992
      @ovh992 Před rokem

      @@EatBailaTravel that is true! I went to Sonora Grill in DF and dude I had the best steak I have ever had. Mexican beef is better than beef from the USA. Less steroids given to the cows probably. I also had the best refried beans I have ever had at Sonora Grill (and the worst Italian food! 😂)

    I spent one month in Queretaro, and I must say, compared to the rest of República, Queretaro food scene really su..ks big time, it's pretty easy to find burgers, chicken wings, pizza and others gringos type of food but traditional Mexican cuisine it's really lacking.
