The housing boom in Enugu is massive. If only they had a governor that would complement these new estates with roads, flyovers, water and other infrastructures.
Yeah. Enugu governors lack imagination. Even with the advantage of being the former Eastern region capital, Enugu is still underdeveloped.

Good job youâre doing here. A quick one. So a relativesâs friend just recently purchased a mortgage from her RSA (Retirement Savings Account) pension fund.
The price was going for N15m somewhere in Lekki Gardens, Lagos. Someone I know took out another mortgage policy in Jabi, Abuja from their RSA.
The PenCom laws require you to only pay 25% and move in and then spread the pay over a period of 20 years. It would be interesting for us to know if we can take out a mortgage of this sort from our RSA here in Enugu or are the apartments strictly for rent?

But it shouldn't be. At some point, this mediocrity of practically doing everything the wrong way in igboland got to stop. In developed countries, they build roads for cars, but they also build pathways and walkways for ndi ukwu ala. And I'm talking about all their roads. Every single one of them, especially in residential areas and cities. It's a beauty to behold. Even the walkways are designed for handicapped people on wheel chairs to navigate them seamlessly.

They do see, but they miss the fine print. And, if you are constantly looking up and glaring at the skyscrapers, you'll miss what they buried underground. And what they buried underground are storm drainage pipes, drinking water pipes, waste water pipes, gas pipes that funnel gas to homes for heating and cooking, electric wires, cable TV wires, internet wires and so on and so forth.
