This is a business / Industral district so too much tree planting can't be done on the strip. After the old market is destroyed and leveled, a silicon tech valley should also built. A well funded modern Police Station should built, with CCTV installed everywhere and survexillance control centre. There are so many business possibilities in this location. Banks and other financial institutions, Drive-through Eateries, even a proper automated parking lot to generate more funds for the City can all be on the city's strip.

Thanks for the update. Owerri city deserves it, as an entertaiment capital of Nigeria, many people troop into the city from many states and diaspora mostly weekends in number. Sand dunes everywhere on upswept roads 4. all kinds of vehicles cars trucks blocking the roadsides. 5. the city looks like Sahara desert despite being in the rainforest - effort to plant trees and shrubs 6. fallen street lights, electric poles, road barriers remain where they fall or lean
