Vera, thank you so much for job well done. I was among the people that requested this video. You really did an excellent job. I am going to shear this video widely. Enugu is going strong on development and I thank all the people that has put their hands on deck in pushing Enugu forward. Thanks to Gov Sullivan Chime for a good job, and to Gov Ugwuanyi, and to you Ms Vera for the good job of carrying all of us along. I had a watery mouth when I was watching you select that delicious looking 🌽 corn. Roasted corn is always the best for me, of which I always wish we have our Nigerian specie of corn here in the US..... What is going to be your next vlog project for us? .... Thank you once again and stay safe!.

So a plot of land is 100m naira and a complete house is sold for 120m. It doesn’t make sense especially with that narrow with road with no sidewalks and bushes with open gutter. The play ground is nothing to reckon with. It’s just way overpriced... a better developer that’s has traveled far and wide even to South Africa need to come bring competition to these guys and show them how to plan an estate.

This has added much value to our country. If I may suggest as a way of helping the less privilege in the society and keeping the economy growing, more effort needs to go into maintenance especially the roads and parks. It will help if they create companies and employment for people to maintain the roads. People living there can afford to pay them. The roads don't need to become very bad before something is done. The prices are ridiculous! As far as I'm concerned, i have seen better on Banana Island.

Lol see ugly houses for 120m, damn! Nigerians have money but don't have proper property developers. See tiny tiny road network 😖🤢🤮. I used to think banana island was overrated but this one here is even worse. I know inside those houses gonna look very basic too. These people no sabi anything o, who develop these estates? See park be like juju shrine 🙆🤦

Those parks are not well maintained. Maybe for Nigerian Standards, but it needs to be cleaned.
