    Some of the basics explaining kart tire stagger and what it does.
    Misspoke on kart brands. More so different models of 5 different chassis brands
    Coyote: Thrasher
    Buller: Velocity

    Finally someone that is gonna do this right! Dont give up buddy ever! This sport need a guy like you. Male a series about the trix of the trade. Alot of new guys get intimidated over just the thought of getting out smarted due to experience and keeps them from even trying

      I have/had some very expensive equipment on the uas side but it didn’t change the driver. Everyone starts somewhere and I hope these encourage someone to experiment and find speed (or at least gives a different point of view).

    Can you explain your approach to at the track adjustments to deal with tight or loose conditions. My open 236cc kart is similar power to your kt100 so it would help greatly to understand getting the most out of minimal adjustments.

    Ya know a subject nobody really covers is stagger tuning your kart.the main thing they worry about is cross hatching your tires when they grind them,which amounts to a hill of beans😂.stagger tuning is a huge deal bc ya never see anyone hardly pulling a spindle off moving washers,its just not what they do.they are running 1” or7/8” stagger when they need a change or whatever they need

      I’ve become slightly guilty of this the past couple years. I will change cross but mostly make those adjustments with my stagger. Once you have a decent balance in the kart it’s harder to justify big changes.

    I'm just getting into pavement Kart racing with a caged Sr Champ Pro Kart which appears to have gone out of business so finding a chassis book for it has been tough.

    How do you clean and lube sealed front hub bearings

      Honestly I don’t do much. Every couple of races I take them off and inspect them. I use a little shop solve or parts cleaner to get the gunk off. Then spray them down with lubricant, I prefer Tri Flow.

    I run a 4.5 left rear on mine but I never race dirt

    Great video as usual. I haven't watched all of your videos yet, I'm working on it. So you may have answered this question in another video and it seems like common sense to me but it wouldn't be the first time I was wrong. Lol. Anyway, so if I have to add or subtract stagger what side of the kart is that done? For example, if I'm adding more stagger I would increase the right side tires right? Or would I decrease the left side? Or both

      You can pick either. But typically your right sides are supposed to measure about the same (34”) so I would typically carry multiple sized left rears to adjust stagger.

Sorry for my ignorance and I'm so happy I found your videos. I think as competitive people are around here I would never know even half of the stuff that you are helping me with and I would probably get discouraged and quit. So thank you sir
