I would love to listen to a podcast with the Devs we might not be so familiar with maybe the NVE Guys with Razed and maybe Koil aswell, to talk in depth about 4.0 that would be really interessting.

This discussion is interesting in perspective of current 4.0. I think it has almost gone the opposite way of powerful 3.0. I remember when the new police vehicles came in 3.0 and cops were scary! Crims were super careful. Now the RP is better and I really enjoy 4.0 cop characters, I think we are still missing out on some of what Trav is talking about but the lack of hardcore mechanics make the cop a bit of a joke in chases rn. Many crims are two months in and have never been to jail, for a while some heists had almost zero cop presence. A balance is needed and its hard to know how that will work. Slow burn serious RP in general barely exists in 4.0 so far. That said two of my favourite cops are in this call (mehdi and trav) and both play crims and I like their crim characters.
