If you're looking for a practical folding ebike with relatively long range without having a super heavy ebike, the Wildeway FW11S 3.0 could be a good choice for you. It has a folding step thru frame that makes it easy to get on and off, and after you remove the 18 lb battery, this folding ebike is actually manageable to pick up and put in a vehicle, unlike some of the fat tire foldable ebikes. The skinnier tires result in less rotational unsprung mass which improves handling as well as better battery efficiency - of course you should keep this one on easy terrain with those skinnier tires though.
My Bike Rack for Car / SUV
bit.ly/bike-rack-for-car - I transported a fat tire ebike from Los Angeles to Seattle with this thing, it's super sturdy and great for fat tire ebikes!

I opted for a very similar bike in the Romatlink Dolphin. It's a bit more expensive but comes with dual rear suspension and a suspension seat post, and 4 inch wide wheels. Right now they have a special where they include a mirrors and a basket. $915 at the Romatlink store. So far I'm digging it. It has so much range I don't have the time to test. I was out the other day 3.5 hours. I got 38 miles with about 50% pedaling on dirt trails. I leaned on the throttle on the way back since it started raining. I still had one bar left on the display. Too bad it doesn't come with a voltage reading.

I received my Engw, I mean FW11S 3.0 yesterday and took it for a 36-mile ride today. It still had 3 of 5 bars left riding the great majority on throttle only. Thanks for the $20 discount. I can only compare it to the Lectric xp2. The Wildeway is way more powerful and faster but it doesn't deliver that power as smoothly as the XP2. On the XP2 I can cruise between 7-8 and 12 mph using the throttle and have a very smooth experience, something I almost always do around town and I enjoy the smoothness very much. The WW is very jerky. Any increase in throttle really gives a jolt. Just riding on mildly bumpy roads varies the pressure on the thumb throttle enough to make for involuntary jerky riding.
I wish it had a voltage meter but the battery capacity is great. The brakes seem slightly better than the xp2. The handling is much better than the xp2, especially when I put my dog on the front rack. I had to put him on the rear rack of the xp2.
To sum up the comparison. If you want to go fast and far with great handling choose the Wildeway. If you want a smooth riding experience and don't need to go over 20 miles or so the xp (now 3) is your choice.

This allows me a smooth slow ride, but I have to change the PAS My Lectric xp2 gives full power up to 20mph on any PAS but delivers the power smoothly.

Don’t buy a cheap bike with a rear suspension. These constructions start to creak at some point and thats not that easy to fix, when all the parts are cheap. Only use suspension seatposts. They’re easy to maintain or to switch out.

AND SO IT BEGINS! Legislation has been introduced in New Hampshire to classify any ebike THAT GOES OVER 15MPH as a regular motor vehicle and require registration, plates, licensing and insurance. And thats just the beginning. I've been warning about this for a year and YTers like this who post videos encouraging speeding, reckless riding and altering the safety protocols while aimed at teens are partly responsible. Look for similar legislation to be proposed in most other states over the next 12-24 months. A few Jeff Spicolis and 20%ers ruined it for everyone.

    A positive net result ?
The plastic fenders seem to be eagerly embracing destruction via shattering upon the first curb they bump.

It would be nice to get a better approximation of the total range for you, a 200lb rider. Their website claims up to 90 miles in pedal assist mode and 60 miles in pure electric mode on one charge. You went almost 20mi and didn't do any sand riding, pretty much all flat street riding, and according to the voltmeter, you were already down to 50-55% battery? It doesn't sound like you'd get anywhere near the 60mile claim on throttle only..maybe 35-40 on throttle.
