Torrential rains have triggered massive flooding and landslides in Rio Grande do Sul, giving way to Southern Brazil’s worst floods in 80 years. At least 55 have been killed and about 74 people remain missing. Tens of thousands of people have been displaced amid the deadly deluge. Floods destroyed roads and bridges in several regions of the state. The storm also led to the partial collapse of a hydroelectric dam. At least half a million are currently without power and clean water. The extreme weather has been caused by a rare combination of hotter-than-average temperatures, high humidity and strong winds.

Why the videos of IGUAZU FALLS? That's two states distant from these floods. Not even sure that footage is from now.
I live a few hours from Iguaçu Falls and the weather here is dry, it hasn't rained for weeks, the video in the report is certainly not recent.

There was a dam that separated the river from the city, but unfortunately the dam broke and ended up flooding the city.
