- Hi guys, I am happy to share another 10-minute ab workout. Today we are focusing on that middle line, so lots of crunches and mid-core training! The key to targeting your middle abs is to incorporate the motion of bringing your legs to your hands, meeting them in the middle. Just a quick note: from 6:10 - 8:10, there's no warning beeps on the exercises when switching to the next exercise, I accidentally did 40 seconds of an exercise and 20 seconds on other ones cuz I didnt hear the beep, just to lyk :)

Oui, elle est tres bonne! Je vient de decouvrir sa chaine aujourd'hui. J'ai fait deux de ses videos, ils etaient amusants! Je travaille depuis un ans et demi. (desolee pour tout erreurs, j'apprends toujours de francais. Je l'apprends depuis deux ou trois ans)
@@LaKitty101Extra Moi depuis 2/3semaines sur Instagram mais je découvre que maintenant qu'elle fait des vidéos fitness qui m'ont l'air parfait donc j'ai hâte de tester *-* (Sinon ton français est niquel, juste améliorer un peu l'écriture (comme nous les français, on écrit pas 100% parfait) mais tu peux en être fière de savoir bien écrire ^-^)

There was a part with no warning bells and made it hard to fallow along and the last work outs are the same thing. I free styled the last 1:30 because It confused me. My goal to these videos is to follow along with you. Other then that good workout
