Yeah, that was a censored adaptation. It left out a lot of the adult thematic material from the original.

9:43 was so funny that I literally had to walk away from my computer.
So,
I was in a production of Into the Woods at my school and showed the original to a group of friends. We all lost our shit over it and it became kind of this inside joke among the few of us. The show never came to fruition because of Covid but the memories made were good ones. I kinda miss those times.
Pooping a musical is such a talent to be able to make it coherent and maintain the musical elements sufficiently
Oh man, I'm always gonna have a fondness for the original, but this one was more enjoyable overall, not having as much YTP 'fluff' as the older one.
And I just love YTP like this, that vaguely follow a narrative. I'm particularly fond of your old Will Wonk videos for that reason.
The milk storyline was very moving, I really loved how hard the boy worked to make his own milk for his mom who could not make any milk

I wanna thank you for all the work you put into your subtitles. Even subtitling sound effects and explaining spoonerisms is not something you see very often. That's gotta be a ton of work, but it's so useful for people with hearing problems, and for those whose first language isn't English.
YTPs with custom closed captions, especially those that are this helpful, are a treasure that is too underrated.

I love a lot of the jokes around Red and the Wolf. The "PEE!" one really got me.
One thing I have an issue with though: at 2:00 it still sounds like Red is saying "basket" when I know from the original YTP (because it was my favourite joke in that one) she's supposed to be sentence-mixed to say "casket".

I remember the original- It was how I discovered your channel. I was playing the narrator in my high school's production of Into The Woods. It's a classic YTP and needless to say I was thrilled to see this.
