  • trucking is a hard career and even hard lifestyle to live! You spend so much time sitting and not moving that makes it really hard on your body and health. For the last year and a half I have do a lot of research. If you do simple elementary excises for 3-10 mines 3-5 days a week you will feel a big difference. get out and get moving

    I always try to teach people that if you sleep sitting up then your body is being taught that that’s OK. Which possibly can lead to sleeping while driving. So I agree. Driver seat is the driver seat. Thank you for this quick tip.

      You are absolutely right!! Its also why people that have a TV in the bedroom don't sleep as well!! It teaches the brain you can lay in bed without sleeping. There is other information about highten anxiety and other things do to the flashing screen. Encouraging you to share your knowledge with others. Be safe and many blessings

      We got it back and it's been back to the shop for a coolant flush and pulley replaced... not back to the shop for oil change after break in for the rebuild.
