What to LOOK for during a PRE TRIP on semi truck

Out semi truck had an in frame rebuild to rebuild the motor. after we had it back we notice a terrible sound like a belt of pully and after a few days the coolant was cloudy and dark. So back to the shop to have it fixed. its important to keep an eye on things after major work like that. its good to always keep a watch and listen under the hood so you can catch things before it gets bad.
