should i get the 340, 405 or 45-70? my only rifle for big game right now is the 300

The 405 is a cannon but has no scope. The other two are equal in power. .340 has a magazine for three rounds and loading is slower. 45-70 has 5 rounds and thanks to lever action reloads pretty fast.

There are three areas in the achievements with a total of 1062 achievements. Don't know if the three daily mission achievements were added. Now add up all your achievements and calculate the percentage.

That should be a good option. Not sure if you can hit it though right away, but if it runs you have a number of rounds to shoot after the roo.

It should my friend yesterday dropped a fleeing roo but had to shoot twice cause he missed the first shot. .30-06 seems to be pretty chonky and drops roos pretty fast even with a body shot.

I got lucky. After getting a feral pig I needed I teleported to a tent I keep up north near the railroad tracks. A group of kangaroos were crossing the tracks less than 40 feet from where I showed up. I just crouched behind the nearest female with my rifle aimed as I advanced and shot her point blank as soon as she started fleeing.

Same tactics. Call it towards you. Either it will spook by itself or you shoot and miss, then hit. The Maisto can shoot fast enough.
