good to see you uploading again 👍 ... you took a different approach as I did I see. I used a tripod (I wanted that little elevation it gives you with all the high grass and hills we got on LGP)) and waited for them to start running in a straight line, and went for a little further shot (I hate those short range comps personally, so I didn't even thought of this tbh) ... but I am gonna try out your way as well for sure
I Just looked you up on thehunter classic and saw your thropies, man your have 11 pages of thropies Just for 2023 its crazy. Good job

Here comes Hoo barreling down the hill to tell us exactly how to do something very hard. What a lad, nothing but respect for your immense contributions to this game.
I've been enjoying coming up with ideas on how to do this. Currently considering using a visual decoy and then whistle and fire at the same time. I'm not sure at what point in the animation is an animal counted as fleeing, is it immediately after you whistle or only after it's begun running already.
Also I'm fairly certain coyotes that are coming towards you will flee in the same direction they came from. The split second it takes them to twist their body 180 degrees (a whole animation, not just rotating in place) should be enough for the arrow to reach them.
Still couldn't complete mission, coyotes mainly didnt come to tresstand, and few successful luring reseulted in misses. I had more attempts using binkie's method but also exited from tripod like HooCairs from treestand. At least i will complete hog part of event, thus this marks the end of doing event missions for me.

Northen lodge on hirsh, they always there, put up a treestand and u can get 15 kills per session.

I am the worst at shooting moving animals. so even as I know what to do. I am going to do the 25 Hogs.
Do the same strategy works with bows ?
Try it and tell us! 🙂 I have been thinking about making a video with the bow but have had other priorities. Maybe I will try it.
Bows takes longer to aim with, maybe snakebite could work....
I have play classic a lot have stoped, doing any mission or events anymore. They say the most realistic hunting game, they should think about that then they make missions and the last events. no hunter will ever shoot a fleeing animal. the events just keep getting more and more stupid... sorry to say it. but i still love you videos and you got me to play this game
