Kung mataas lng sahod sa pilipinas wala nmn mangingibang bansa, lahat tumaas, bigas pamasahe, gasolina, etc. Sana yun ang unang gawan ng action madaming nagugutom na pilipino, kmusta nmn! Magkanu po ba sir mag file ng complaint Pag I reklamo ang Isang BI officer Dahil po Hindi nila ako bibigyan ng karapatan na mag tourist kahit meron akung return ticket, hotel booking na may iterenary at bank statement at iba pa. Ito lang pong oct. 4, 2023.

Hi. You can have a joint bank account with your Filipina wife. Some banks require an ACR card for foreigners to open an account.
You cannot own land as a foreigner. If you buy land, it will be in her name only. As a foreigner, you can lease land (but not from a spouse). You can own the structure/ house, but not the land. (You can buy a pre-fab house or container house, for example.) You can also buy a condo unit.

Hi. You will need am Affidavit of Support from your BF. You can go to a lawyer (w/ BF) and ask the lawyer to make it for you. BF must bring his passport (for the AOS). You must also have return ticket, hotel booking and travel itinerary. You must also have a copy of your BF's passport (bio page & latest entry stamp). If he's working, then a copy of his visa and/or work permit. You must also have proof of relationship (pics together, chats). Go to the airport early because you'll most likely have a 2nd inspection.
