    Hello sir! Ask ko lang po if pwede bang matanggalan ng Filipino citizenship ang isang foreigner and his former Filipino citizen wife, who moved to the country just a little more than a year ago and are not acting appropriately? such as, say, using profanity, insulting others, and so forth.

    Hello Sir, I will be going back to the US on May 29 2024 and plan on returning to the Philippines on August 2nd 2024. I have been in the Philippines more than 6 months and have a valid ACR-I card and extended tourist Visa. Can I apply for the ECC B? or must I apply for the ECC A since I am on a tourist visa?

    Hi Sir, thank you for this info. I hold a USA passport, I bought a ticket for 6 months from January to July and plan on extending my Visa at bureau of immigration at Dipolog. My question is: I can keep my 6 month return ticket open? Or do I have to change my departure date to 1 month, this is for my arrive at immigration. Thank you sir for your advice

    If someone’s plan changes and he wants to stay in the Philippines for like another 2 months, Is it possible to extend the visa after getting an ECC? Can someone get another ECC after the 2 months extension?

    So you mean even those with permanent residency also required to get ECC when departing even returning back to the Philippines?

    • @YourLawyer
      @YourLawyer  Před 10 měsíci

      Yes. Under the Philippine immigration law, foreign nationals who are registered with the BI, holding valid immigrant and non-immigrant visas are required to secure exit and re-entry permits every time they leave the country.

    I am a naturalized US citizen. I will be retiree next year . If I decided to stay in the Philippines for good , do I need to apply for dual citizenship?

    • @YourLawyer
      @YourLawyer  Před 10 měsíci

      Dual citizenship is a good option, but it largely depends on your plan. Other options are the 13G Visa for permanent residency or the Balikbayan Privilege which allows you to stay for 1 year at a time. You can find videos about these options in this channel. 😊

    Kumasta, How does this apply to SRRV Visa Holders??? Thanks for your channel :)

    • @YourLawyer
      @YourLawyer  Před 10 měsíci

      Hi! What I know is that SRRV holders are exempt from ECC. Instead, they are required to secure entry/exit pass from the PRA which they need to present to the BI officer along with their passport, PRA ID Card, and other travel documents.
