Hello Sir, i am an American living in Manila under SRRV and have a young daughter who was born here in Manila and has a CRBA and US Passport and a Filipino Passport with her PSA Birth Certificate. My question is this, can she be considered a dual citizen by birth here in the Philippines while keeping her status aquired recently for US Citizenship. I have applied for her Social Security that she is eligible to recieve from the US under my retirement status.

can a dual citizenship (phil -am) engage in law suit here in the phil.? e.g. bad faith of a filipino borrower (umutang at nagsanla ng bagay na di sa kanya) to a lender who trust the borrower at the end the borrower who cannot pay... thanks vm for the reply...more power.
I think si Erwin Tulfo yun. Appointed sya as DSWD secretary pero hindi approve sa commission on appointments. Ngayon, party list representative sya. Hindi sya pwde bumoto sa session kasi may disqualification case pa sya. Yan din tinatanong ko.

Yes, a dual citizen can file a legal action. I don’t see a legal obstacle that prevents a dual citizen from suing a defaulting or fraudulent debtor.
